“Emaile, your representative “went the extra mile” in taking care of my issue.
I thought that I had damaged my screen on my iPhone16. Emaile determined that all that I damaged was my screen saver. Upon replacing my screen saver she was not pleased with how the new screen saver was fitting. She proceeded to replace the newly installed screen saver with the Liquid Glass option! I really appreciated her professionalism.
Verizon can be very proud to have an employee of Emaile’s character and quality of service to all your clientele. Please pass along my appreciation to Emaile again!

“I visited T-Mobile's store in Countryside, IL with my Samsung Galaxy 813. I had unknowingly changed my PIN, and was locked out of my phone. There was no way to unlock it, so I had to purchase a new Galaxy 816. My sales representative, Mercedes, was very patient and helpful, as she took me through the process of purchasing and activating my new phone. “The rep was really nice and helpful and great. I was charged twice as much for the phone as it cost on the website and the phone is not that great but that was NOT the rep's fault. People send me a text message and it sometimes doesn't show up for hours after they have sent it to me! It also froze up first day using it and I had to take the battery out and put it back in to get it to work properly. It is a SUMMIT FLIP phone.”
