They were even able to do alterations within 3 days to make sure I had time to try it on a few days before the event. Arti provided $120 off of everything because we found one that fit and looked good all together. Highly recommend this place for Indian jewelry and clothing!”

I had a long list of demands and a tough face to fit. This young person dropped what she was doing, and responded to my barrage of demands and questions unflinchingly and without hesitation. She was perfectly responsive and because of her, my vacation won’t be ruined by forgetting my sunglasses!”

“This was my first time ever walking into this store. I never went in because I thought it was a bunch of knockoff stuff but I was wrong. This store has everything I need for sports. I’m a BIG Chicago fan and I know out of all these stores in Woodfield mall, this store has the most variety of stuff to choose from. I would always shop at Lids because of their coupons. I’m hoping this store has the same sales or coupons like their competitors. But I will definitely make this my to go to sports store. Also, I was very impressed by how nice the staff was. I was hoping to find a bargain but ended up paying full price which is unusual for me. I did find a great deal on a pair of tennis shoes though so I now have two sets of new footwear.If they had more clothing in my size I would have stocked up on those, too. Their products are good, they have great variety, and this outlet store is well stocked!
As you can see in the photos, they have plenty of items in every color and size on their shelves.

“While shopping at Woodfield, the Converse shoes at front of the store caught my attention since my daughter will be ordering custom Converse online.Arthur approached us and asked if he can help. I told him we’re just looking since my daughter will be ordering custom ones online at Converse site. He then offered for my daughter to try on shoes to help with her decision. Wow, what amazing customer service!Arthur was helpful and friendly even though he knew we wouldn’t be buying shoes from Journeys at that point. His customer service left an indelible mark that made me and my family see Journeys at a different, more positive light.”

“Today, my friend and I decided to check out Chicago Fashion Outlet at Rosemont. We shopped from different retailers including outdoor gear shops. I noticed my wallet my missing. I was in full panic mode since my wallet had all my IDs, insurance cards, DL and some cash. My friend and I retraced our steps back into the different stores with no luck until we finally decided to go back to J Crew where I browsed earlier. Unbelievably, they had my wallet it was turned over by another shopper who found it! Melissa and Aiden are awesome we couldn’t thank them enough. I was in near tears from gratitude. J Crew is fortunate to have them. They are good people and represent excellent customer service. I hope J Crew would recognize their contribution to the store’s reputation. I was hesitant buying online but I must say everything was so easy, the shipping was fast and even though I decided to exchange for a different size the customer service was great! “First time visiting the store from Canada and first time in a store like this too. I didn't really know what to expect as I'm fairly inexperienced with this stuff (and by myself) but the staff were friendly and patient with me. They helped explain various sizing questions, product differences, stuff about inventory, shipping, what's popular, and more - cool stuff.Got to try on a few things to figure out my sizing in a playfully designed fitting room. Left with a couple boxes and a cute jumper. I wish I could've gotten more stuff but sizing inventory was limited during my visit, unfortunately.Will definitely visit again next time! In the meanwhile, I'll be stuck ordering online. Hopefully more Canadian distribution in the future!”
