“I was told that if I wrote a review, I’d receive a pair of earrings. I was initially happy to do it, but then I overheard what sounded like the owner on the phone rudely asking, “is that woman still standing?” while Ramya responded, “yes, yes, she is buying,” and I felt like I was being watched on camera. That made me uncomfortable, so I declined the earrings and even considered deleting this review.
I also didn’t appreciate the $25 fee just to try on a dress if you don’t end up purchasing it. I had every intention of buying, but that policy almost made me walk away. Since I was only visiting Chicago for a few hours and had already taken an Uber to get there, I ended up making a purchase anyway and paid $430, even though I didn’t really have the time to keep looking around. The fee of 25$ for trying on a dress was anything I have ever heard like .the owner asking rudely on phone .
That said, Ramya herself was very kind and sweet, and I appreciated her attitude. However, because of the overall experience, I don’t think I’ll return or recommend this place to my friends.”

“The young salesperson who helped me was a superstar. I was at the O’Hare Oakley store with just a few moments to find the right pair of sunglasses for a trip to the Galápagos Islands. I had a long list of demands and a tough face to fit. This young person dropped what she was doing, and responded to my barrage of demands and questions unflinchingly and without hesitation. She was perfectly responsive and because of her, my vacation won’t be ruined by forgetting my sunglasses!”

My husband said the process was much smoother than Men’s Wearhouse, and it worked especially well for our out-of-town groomsmen. My husband looked absolutely dashing on the wedding day.”

I’m a BIG Chicago fan and I know out of all these stores in Woodfield mall, this store has the most variety of stuff to choose from. I would always shop at Lids because of their coupons. “Marissa was absolutely wonderful. My 6yo daughter has exceptionally high sensory feelings on the top of her feet. It's extremely hard to buy shoes for her. Even brands that offer Wide Width don't always miss that zone on the top of the foot by the toes and she just can't wear them. Vans collaborated with Kpop Demon Hunters and my kids wanted them sooo bad.
Was able to get their sizes and when I brought them home .... Like I feared, she wouldn't be able to wear them. I went back to the store to return them with daughter in hand to try on other shoes praying we could find something that she would be able to wear.
I explained my concern to Marissa and she absolutely understood and patiently went through box after box after box after box with not even a hint of frustration (a pure Saint). She found a high top that was even in the Kpop DH collection in a different size to give her that extra wiggle room (Thank you @Vans for being one of the few brands to offer 1/2 sizes) and that smile my daughter had when they fit and were comfortable is the reason us parents will go out of the way for. That smile was everything! Thank you, Marissa for having such patience and understanding with the dedication to help us get a pair of shoes today. It meant the world to me!”

“Gerard was exceptional in helping my son get fitted for prom he was very kind and helpful. Listen to my sons wants and needs and also has very great taste in helping put the final touches together. My son has autism and not all fabric goes with his sensory issues. But Gerard was great in explaining what he was doing not to alarm my son and provide the best service. Trust me he's great my son doesnt like people touching him and Gerard did his fitting measurements in such a great manner my son didn't budge and allowed Gerard to get his size. The customer service here is so welcoming and inviting I will definitely be using this men's warehouse again. Thank you for such an amazing experience it was my first time ever doing this and he made the experience great. He never once got frustrated just smiled and great assistance.
