“I requested an estimate to replace the battery on a tablet. This business is very responsive. I went on site to have the work done. The representative analysed my device and was up-front that replacing the battery would not resolve the issue. They promptly told me it was the charging port and I could replace the motherboard, but the issue would eventually happen again. I appreciate them being honest and would certainly try them again.”
“Grandson cracked the screen on his ipad tablet. Made him go in and talk to the people himself so he could learn from his carelessness. Employee was very nice to him. Fair charge without trying to upsell and had it repaired in about 3 hours. I tried calling the Geek squad, since they are Apple authorized, and couldn't even talk to a human to get a ballpark price. So glad we wound up at 1st Comm. Great people to deal with.”
“I have never given a review before, but the honesty, advise and practical approach I received at Tech City is definitely worth my time to tell its potential customers about.I have a mini iPhone 12 which has numerous cracks in the back even tho I have an OtterBox case (that's a whole other story). I was advised by At&T to go to UBreakIfix, they quoted me a price of $400 to repair the phone. Chadi from Tech City looked at the phone and quoted a price of 37% of the other quote.But, Chadi then told me that if I put some tape on the back it will be fine. So instead of spending $400, it cost me two cents for tape. It is something in this day and age to have an honest approach to business. Hats off to Tech City, job well done. I will always be a customer.”
“The service at this store is top-notch. I had some power issues with my laptop, and the staff member performed some reset settings, which fixed my laptop. They even declared it as free of charge since no parts were replaced. The attitude of the staff deeply moved me. It's a really excellent store, and if you have any computer issues, I highly recommend going there”

“I’ve had a great experience with 2 different repairs here. 1 was a broken screen on my kids iPad and the other was a cracked camera lens on my iPhone 12. I didn’t even know that the lens could break - but my sheltered leaving a sharp jagged edge on the back of my phone. Both repairs were quick and I thought the prices were very fair compared to others - and I did call around. I would definitely recommend this place!”
“I'm so grateful for finding MA Z Tech! My laptop was having MAJOR operational issues. I took my laptop in for repair in mid April, and the owner repaired the hard drive. After a short period of time, my laptop still continued to freeze up. I took my laptop back 2 weeks later and the owner was able to salvage all my original data and put in a brand new hard drive at no additional cost. Since then, I haven't had any performance issues. I'm super grateful for the wonderful, friendly service provided by MA Ztech!Thank you. I highly recommend them!”

“Recommend New Era Repair so highly! My laptop was completely unusable when I took it in, and it's now working perfectly (I'm writing this review on it!). There was no charge to diagnose the problem, there was great, kind communication with every step of the process, and the repair was fast, despite them having to order some parts. The charge for the repair was very fair, and I am so grateful that I don't have to get a new computer. Juan even replaced the thermal paste free of charge. Anytime my computer or phone need a repair in the future, this will be my spot for sure.”

I was able to see that the game was working before leaving the store. Definitely recommend they also offer repairs for other devices.”

“Vince was very professional and trustworthy. He advised me not to proceed with an unnecessary and expensive repair on my turntable and I appreciated his honesty with that. That visit was not in vain however, as he got the turntable working in a 'manual' mode that functioned just fine. Vince has worked with many types of turntables before and I will definitely return.”

I am beyond happy that I was able to find this place!!! My Dell computer was not charging, I was able to give them a call and explain the problem. “My daughter's switch lite stopped charging. I'm so glad that I found Game Time Repair in my Google search for places to take it to be repaired. “I took a pair of JBL 4401s here after Saturday Audio Exchange recommended Van L. My 4401s never seemed to work right. John and co are extremely knowledgeable and he gave me a demo of his in house brand (which sound great). I dropped off my speakers and had them back, repaired, in 2 weeks. So far they sound great. Van L is a friendly shop and they know what they’re doing.”
