“I visited a few weeks ago to grab a few cigars for an event. I had read good things about Norwood Royal prior to my visit and had been meaning to check it out for myself. On entering, I was greeted by Sam. I knew what I was looking for heading in, and he promptly directed me to the right place. He also provided a suggestion for a new cigar I had not had before based on my selection. I did not get the sense he was just trying to sell more product, rather that he genuinely thought I'd enjoy this recommendation, which I appreciated. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks Sam. The cigars were great and I definitely will come back.”

“Everyone is extremely friendly and they have a nice size selection of cigars. The seating is also very comfortable. Overall, it's a nice lounge.
The only downside was that their ventilation system was off in the room we were in and someone also turned off the fan so it got pretty stuffy.”

Maywood One Stop Shop is paradise and he STAY with smoke products and the snacks, plus IT'S AFFORDABLE!! I stay tryna budget and he ALWAYS make sure I get a bang for my buck, and he takes absolute care of his regulars!

“Great great great service! Such a gentleman. The salesman who helped me was very genuine, very kind, and very respectful. He answered all my questions and had amazing recommendations. On top of that I asked him to please watch me get back to my car because there was a sketchy man standing right outside the store. I had refused to buy products for that man so I was scared for my safety to get back to my car. The salesman was gracious enough to see me get back in my car and drive off safely. They even had a large collection of very unique products that I have not found elsewhere. I couldnt believe it when I was told that they will even deliver! The employee/owner didn’t try to upsell and was able to get exactly what I described at a very good price- at about a 20% discount compared to nearby competitors. It was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had at a vape shop.
