“I want to say I came here for a dime size dent, that was close to the trim a little above my driver side door handle. I took my BMW in on a Thursday for them to take a look. They called me Friday morning to drop the car off. It took them a couple hours and they called and said it was ready. When I arrived to see it I was very impressed!! It was like new like the dent never happened. They also were fair about pricing and did not give some crazy amount to fix a small dime size dent that didn’t require a paint job. I would definitely recommend them and I will go back to them if anything else were to happen.”

“Great experience with EXSA Automotive! Nick did the calibration on our Honda Civic and did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done correctly. The process was smooth and the work was completed efficiently. Really appreciate Nick’s attention to detail and great customer service. I definitely recommend EXSA Automotive and Nick for anyone needing calibration or automotive work!”

“Tino always comes through! Heat in car not working. He diagnosed, ordered the parts snd fixed in on a Sunday morning. All at a reasonable cost. A couple months ago my car was sideswiped. Body shops gave me estimates of 1400 and 800. Tino knew there was no major damage or repair, cleaned the scuff marks and it was looking new. We love Main & Crawford in Evanston. Convenient, reasonable and HONEST.”

“I was driving to work (very close to the shop) and started hearing my brakes really making some noise. I knew I needed new brakes and had been putting it off. I called over and they took the car in right away. Fairly priced and they got the job done quickly. Sunny was very personable and through with his assessment of what I needed done. I am selling the car and only wanted the basics. He didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. I would highly recommend.”

“They do solid work and keep you apprised of progress. The car might have been a little cleaner upon return but overall a great result. I have taken my cars three times to them in the past year and the results are great. Recommend them.”
