“Unfortunately, this is the second time we’ve needed Armand and Lakeside Autorebuilders this year — but once again, they proved why we will never go anywhere else.

When my husband was recently in an accident, I called Armand to ask if he could help us. Even though he was fully booked through January, he still found a way to fit us in. We had the car towed to Lakeside, and instead of letting it sit for weeks while we waited for parts, Armand went above and beyond: he literally cut a hole in the bumper to pull out the bent muffler so the car would be safe to drive.

Since this accident was considered 50/50 fault, we only had 30 days of rental coverage — and Armand saved us from paying for extra out of pocket rental fees. He did all this before insurance had even gotten involved. He didn’t do it for business; he did it because he’s genuinely a good person.

He knew we were just trying to get another year out of our 11-year-old car, and he helped make that possible. Once the parts arrived, he called us, we dropped the car off, and it was finished in LESS THAN A WEEK. He even removed the old peeling dealer sticker and fixed the trunk springs that kept giving out — small things, but incredibly appreciated.

I never expected to be on a first-name basis with an auto body repair guy, but after being saved twice this year, I’m grateful we found Armand. Hopefully we get a break from accidents… but if we ever need help again, we’re only going to Lakeside.

“Tino always comes through! Heat in car not working. He diagnosed, ordered the parts snd fixed in on a Sunday morning. All at a reasonable cost.
A couple months ago my car was sideswiped. Body shops gave me estimates of 1400 and 800. Tino knew there was no major damage or repair, cleaned the scuff marks and it was looking new.
