They've been able to absorb it into their workflow, figure out the issue and turn it around so fast. “Great Touchless Carwash !!!!! I avoid car wash with brush !!I have been looking for years for a touchless carwash and this is great . I had a bad experience with a different brush carwash close to McCormick and Dempster (Evanston) - the brush deeply scratched my $80,000 Lexus and business denied it . Even if the brushes don’t scratch deep they still leave the swirl scratches on car coating . Plus the brushes can pick up dirt from cars in front and if one tiny stone from a pick up truck gets into the brush, your beautiful car is done for .This shell carwash was great. However the first time I went in, the carwash stopped right after the soap and told me to exit . I had to go in and manager gave me another code . Make sure to get receipt from the machine in case something happens. Manager is great and helpful .”
