“I first went to T-Mobiles Evanston store in October 2023. A young man named Johan assisted me; I had recently been a victim of Identity Theft and my phones were hacked.
I came in with three phones, told him the situation and he's wasn't fazed at all. He took his time and worked with each one and set up the new one. Even suggested the home Internet as a temporary fix since my service was compromised as well. Excellent experience!
It's now May 2024, and I have been back for his assistance twice. Very knowledgeable when it comes to the phones technology. And, I actually kept the Internet service as the ACP program came to an end.

“Kimo at the Evanston store is extremely helpful & customer service oriented. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the multiple XFINITY support people he (and I) dealt with over the phone during our very long store visit. After 4 days of me dealing with XFINITY illegally porting both of my phone #s out of XFINITY & still no resolution, I left the XFINITY store in frustration & went straight to AT&T & cancelled my 2 xfinity cell phones. Now I have to figure out how to cancel the XFINITY charges due to my account being hacked & XFINITY taking that opportunity to charge me for 2 new phone lines plus the charges associated with the phones on the 2 old phone lines. I have spent 3 full days trying to regain my 2 fraudulently ported out phone #s. enough.”
