“Recently went to a Northwestern football game and while there bought a jersey for my son from Let's Tailgate at their stand within the stadium.As we walked away, my son noticed that one of the numbers on the jersey was coming off as it probably hadn't applied well. The gentleman at the stand, allowed my son to wear it for the game, then we brought it back to him afterwards where he then told us that he'd take it back to the store to correct the issue and then shipped it to us. 2 days later we had it in our mailbox.Great customer service !!!!!”

“I enjoy stopping by when ever I am in the shopping mall. Friendly service and a wide variety of equipment. New and used. I have been able to slowly put together a home gym with their well priced items and again a large variety of inventory. It changes day to day so worth a peek in. Kids love to get a ball, Frisbee, scooter or anything sports related. They have bike repairs as well - done in shop but just call ahead to make sure it isn't busy. They will take/purchase your gear and possibly may do it as store credit too. Check it out.”

“Murphy's service is like service used to be. They know their stuff. The salesman (I forgot his name) asked a couple of questions and came back with a couple of styles. One was very close to what I like, but not perfect. He went in the back of the shop and came back with a couple more to try on. The first one was the one. They don't have a large selection, which I wasn't looking for. All I wanted was a good fit and a shoe for my type of workout. As for price I went to Zappos and the shoes were the same price and I got great service. Thanks”
