Pharmacy and checkout lines are often long and can move slowly, with staff appearing overworked as they multitask. A major point of contention is security and shoplifting, which is described as rampant, leading to many everyday items being locked up and causing customers to wait for assistance. This also contributes to higher prices. While the staff are consistently described as nice and even exceptionally helpful—with examples of going above and beyond for customers—the overall environment can feel inefficient. Some customers find the check-in kiosk system inefficient, and the presence of individuals asking for donations outside the store is noted as an annoyance. Collin and his team make this pharmacy great. Came after a surgery and they were short staffed, backed up, and my insurance was acting up but he was able to work through all of that to get what I needed. Really appreciate what they do!
