“Dropped by to have my battery check for warranty, i was lucky to meet Alexandr, a very helpful, and polite, young man, who offered to carry my heavy battery into the store, he checked the battery, said it was beyond the warranty, he said he could try and charge it, but to be safe, i should get a new Duracell battery for my BMW, which I did, Alexander, even carried it out to my car.
Great service from Alexander, which is a hallmark, of Batteries Plus. I go the when ever I need batteries, great price, and great people to deal with. One time they delivered a battery to our company, which saved us a lot of time.”

Product helped me pass, and saved me a couple of hundred bucks in repairs. The manager cares about the customers and knows his store/products. He was a very polite and really handsome.”

“My wife and I were traveling from Connecticut heading north on 57 when a piece of the undercarriage in front came loose and was flapping making all kinds of noise. A bolt was missing, and parts were broken off from the front bumper underneath.
I saw the O'Reilly's from the highway and decided to see if maybe I could fix it with duct tape or something.
Tommy was at the counter, and I explained the situation and he recommended twist ties and gave me a couple of good tips.
So, Tommy. Your advice was perfect. The twist ties endured over 900 miles of highway driving since we were there Friday the 20th. We returned home Monday night without any further issues.

“It's been awhile since I stop foot in an auto parts store. The store unfortunately only had 1 employee, what is going on O'Reilly. Luckily for me Robert was on duty. He was on the phone nonstop taking care of customers. He was taking care of a vendor that was dropping off inventory. He took time to address my questions and provided his expertise in helping me with my problem, even though he was busy and alone. Thank you, Robert. O'Reilly is lucky to have such a great employee like you.”

“O’Reilly’s in Crestwood provided the best experience I think I have ever had at an auto parts store! I went in thinking something was going on with my battery or alternator, but both tested good. Long story short, needed to replace my purge solenoid. The Store Manager Billy went above and beyond and replaced it for me in the parking lot. Thank you so much again!”

Gentemen was super helpful, able to read battery was at 100% and suggested faulty ground wire could be issue. Great service, very personable, need more employees like him. Thank you.”
