“I was in here today at around 1.45pm with an old lady in a wheelchair chair. I have got to say the service in this ross is excellent. The young lady at the fitting rooms is second to none.. she actually ran after me asking if my lady needed to use the bathroom. Such a sweet girl. Furthermore the customer who frequent this particular ross, are so kind and polite. Iv always gone to the ross in crestwood where they treat there customers like second class citizens and their customers are some of the most ignorant people around. So this ross was a pleasant surprise.”

“My 5 star rating goes for the delivery service. Jon, the delivery driver, was great to work with. Great at communication and overall friendly demeanor. In store, however, was a bit different. Aside from the initial female employee that helped start the delivery process of the items we were buying, the customer service felt lacking (for me at least). I wouldn’t say anyone was rude, but it wasn’t welcoming, in my opinion.”
“I was thrilled to discover this Meijer store, and it has become my go-to, replacing my trips to Wal-Mart. The store is expansive, and after comparing prices on my usual items from Wal-Mart and Target, I found them to be competitive. What impressed me even more were the numerous items on sale and the extensive selection of organic brands, a big plus for me. The produce section stood out with fresh, aromatic items like bell peppers, basil, and grapefruits, all of which I found to be top-quality. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful, contributing to an overall excellent shopping experience. I've returned multiple times since, and it seems this might become a regular stop for me--an addiction in the making. In sum, Meijer is my one-stop shopping destination, and I'm delighted to have them in the neighborhood!”

“I heard two guys talking at this location about how Walmart was closing other stores in minority neighborhoods in a plot to 'keep us under control'. Now the self-checkout at this EP store has been discontinued. Why? The store associate said it was because too many people were stealing. The reason why "we" have so many problems isn't because of some conspiracy, IT'S BECAUSE OF HOW WE ACT.
