“I was in here today at around 1.45pm with an old lady in a wheelchair chair. I have got to say the service in this ross is excellent. The young lady at the fitting rooms is second to none.. she actually ran after me asking if my lady needed to use the bathroom. Such a sweet girl. Furthermore the customer who frequent this particular ross, are so kind and polite. Iv always gone to the ross in crestwood where they treat there customers like second class citizens and their customers are some of the most ignorant people around. So this ross was a pleasant surprise.”

She has excellent customer service experience and she helped me choose meaningful accessories. The tailor, whose name I didn't get, took measurements to ensure the pants were a great fit. Everyone was warm, relaxed and welcoming. This was a very pleasant shopping experience. We will be back!”
