“Placed order online for pickup at store. I called to confirm if order had arrived. One pair of order were sent to home address, which I had to return because did not fit well. Staff on phone were pleasant, professional, and were accommodating for instore pickup. When I arrived for return and pickup there was no issues and they were very understanding as I wanted to look for replacement for the return. I have shopped at this DSW since it opened and have had warm, professional, and helpful interactions with staff and manager. Will continue to shop there, given the mutual respect experienced as a customer.”

“Stop by to pick out a new pair of work boots. What a great experience. The guy that was helping us out was top tier! What customer service should be. He know all the answers to our questions and then some. Knew the products, warranty, policy and more. He was very professional and alert. He gave us a lot of helpful information before and after purchasing a pair of their boots. Highly recommend getting a pair work boots here even though they’re on the higher price range, but definitely worth it.”
