As brand new customers to your company, I am thrilled to say my first in person encounter was with Kyle C. and let me tell you, if I could give this young man 10+ stars, I would!! What a joy it was to work with him. He was smart, kind, professional, patient, and a wonderful personality for this position! He made me even more glad we left AT&T! We now have 2 phone lines and home internet, all set up thanks again, to Kyle! This young man deserves a raise in my opinion and should be training others in customer service too! “My adult daughter and had outstanding customer service in the baby section at Target a few days ago. We were probably looking perplexed, when a young man approached and asked if we needed help. We said yes and he went out of his way to assist us. He was pleasant and made sure all our needs were met.
At the register, the cashier was equally pleasant and asked if we found everything OK. She checked us out, carefully bagged our items and told us to have a pleasant evening with a warm smile on her face. The interactions with the two Tinley Park Target employees made us feel really appreciated.”
“Bought an Apple laptop computer, the sales person was informative, well spoken, easy to understand the differences between the options... they have 0% finance options for a time period or money off on a large purchase like that right up front that you choose. It only took about 30 minutes total”

I recently visited the T-Mobile store at 16100 S. Harlem Avenue in Tinley Park, Illinois, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and service I received. The staff demonstrated exceptional patience and professionalism while efficiently handling a large and diverse crowd of customers.
Francisco, the representative who assisted me, was particularly outstanding. His courteous and knowledgeable approach made my experience seamless and enjoyable. As a result, I purchased multiple items during my visit and plan to return today for additional purchases.

“Great place to shop for the most part. One thing I'd like to comment on for improvement is the water section. I used to go there and that section was chock full of choices. That all changed about a year ago. Now, you'd be lucky to find a bottle of water and I find that to be a girbage experience. Please watch your stocking levels or the neighborhood is likely to go thirsty .”

“I was going to go to Walmart to get some items but I decided to try Target and I was really surprised. The prices were reasonable they had a good selection and I found what I was looking for. So it is one of my go-to stores and I only have a few but Target is up there at the top.”
