“Seriously, it's a hidden gem. Like home Depot, but better organized. Staff was always available (cough HD not) for each of my visits. You can order online and pickup or delivery. I even had a problem with an item description. It was manufacturers fault, I didn't know. The store manager told me what to do to help me get what the advertisement promised, and it worked. Literally $200 difference. Good prices, more of a selection than you'd think.”

“I had a slight issue with my online pickup order due to an unfulfilled item that voided my manufacturer’s coupon ($15.00). Because the discount couldn’t be applied, I ultimately decided to cancel the order and request a refund.
The employee in charge of the online pickup service yesterday was absolutely wonderful. She handled my refund gladly, professionally, and with a great attitude. I felt terrible making them restock the items, but she made me feel valued as a customer anyway.”

“This is the cleanest and most organized TJ Maxx I have ever seen. It is by far my favorite TJ Maxx. My first time shopping at this location was last week and I came back today and it was still organized and clean. Mind you it is December 11th and holiday season. The bathrooms are even immaculate. These employees need a raise.”

Annette assisted me in the fitting room while I was trying on an outfit and several other items I was considering purchasing. Since I was shopping by myself, it was great to have another set of eyes to offer feedback and assistance. Her kindness and helpfulness made the experience much more enjoyable.
When I was ready to check out, Michael assisted me at the register. He was patient and courteous while I searched for my discount coupon, and he never made me feel rushed. His professionalism and positive attitude were greatly appreciated.

“I had an excellent experience at Best Buy located at 15854 S La Grange Rd, Orland Park, IL, and wanted to recognize several outstanding employees who made my visit both productive and enjoyable.
First, I want to thank Judy for her exceptional service. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right products for my needs. Judy helped me select a fantastic coffee maker along with several other items, taking the time to explain different options and answer my questions. Her professionalism, expertise, and friendly attitude made the entire shopping experience much easier and more enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond.
I would also like to recognize Aaron, who assisted me with selecting a monitor for my office setup. He was knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. His recommendations were thoughtful and helped me make a confident purchasing decision.
Amanda was another employee who stood out during my visit. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. It's always refreshing to interact with someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, and Amanda certainly made a positive impression.
A special thank you as well to Motez, who helped me evaluate dedicated storage solutions for both my office and mobile work needs. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire decision-making process. His expertise helped me find solutions that fit both my professional and personal requirements.
Finally, I would like to recognize Kaniyah, who welcomed me when I arrived and pointed me in the right direction. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist immediately created a positive first impression of the store.
What impressed me most about this Best Buy location was the teamwork and customer-focused attitude demonstrated by everyone I interacted with. Every employee I encountered was professional, approachable, and willing to help. In today's retail environment, that level of customer service deserves recognition.

“The Talbots in Orland Park Crossing always have clothing I like. They have friendly salespeople especially my favorites Darlene and Jackie. They always are helpful and tell me about future events and special sales. The store always is neat looking and the windows are styled to invite you in. The salesgirls definitely need a raise for the wonderful personalities and this brings in customers. I tell my friends to shop here because they will be treated kindly and they will assist you with any of your needs. I have been shopping here for a long time but please recognize Darlene and Jackie especially because they make my day. My married name is Patti McGlynn now so I hope this post correctly. “This Burlington has great potential the cashiers are more friendly now. Then before. I had one unpleasant experience last year with cashier. I believe she was a manager a white woman. It was about a old navy sweater line. That came new to the store and I asked her if I could get a 10% discount because the front of the border was stained. And she was very very rude. To me I don't visit this Burlington in Matteson often but when I did go back to visit. It was a pleasant experience. They are working hard to turn the store around so for that I am hopeful. I know they can do it. I will stop by again to see if I have a great experience to give them a 5 star review. Burlington store I believe in you.”

“Ok, this is a bit of a unique Ross in layout and a the selections in all departments is someway limited compared to other Ross stores I have been. But it is still a Ross, and I love them. “I had a fantastic hair cut by Kara today! I showed her some pictures of how I wanted it & she gave me a hair cut exactly matching the pictures! She also did curls and they turned out so beautiful! She spent so much time on my hair to get it just right. I was very Blessed to get in for the appt. bc I called that morning because I completely forgot about an event I had later that day! She was so terrific to accommodate me for the blow dry & curls! She had another client right after me so she said I could wait 15 minutes and she would have time to do the curls then, if I wanted. It worked out perfectly because I had to run an errand in the mall anyway! I will definitely be back! Thanks for the wonderful service!”
