I can't say enough positive things about this place and especially the employee who helped us through the entire process Hayden. This young man was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful and kind. I'm not real tech savvy but Hayden not only gave us a good deal but transferred the phones seamlessly and seemed like a genuinely good person who was pleasant to be around. A special thank you as well to his manager Ant who went out of his way for us waiving a fee for us and was also very knowledgeable and personable and again was a very genuinely good person who was very nice as well. Prior to that she explained all of our options to help us decide which phone and package to choose. I have Resound hearing aids and got a Samsung 26. It took 24 hours to successfully pair up my hearing aids with the phone. Just an FYI to other Resound Hearing Aid wearers.”

“I went to have fiber installed in a new second home near our family. Wireless customers are supposed to get a monthly discount on new fiber installation. I was denied because our existing wireless service is registered at a different address. I reminded them about AT&Ts pledge that existing and new customers are treated the same. Tiffany assisted me. She understood my point and persisted in pursuing my claim until I was satisfied. Tiffany was an excellent customer advocate who is experienced and knowledgeable. What could have been a bad experience became positive. Thank you Tiffany!!”
