We don't know her last name, but her first name is Kara. When we entered this store years ago, we were not sure we wanted to stay with Verizon. I had had terrible experiences in New Lenox, and while upgrading to my former phone, many photos etc. were lost. Kara promised us she would never take my phone out of sight, and would have me check each item and make sure I had everything before exchanging and cleaning that phone. Kara was true to her word. We totally trust her with our phones. Often,she is the only employee and she attempts to service several individuals at the same time. While something is transferring or uploading here, she is fixing something there. Sometimes we are there a long time while sharing her with others. She is patient, informative, calm, and genuinely caring. At 74, and 75, we are not always treated so well. My husband happily came home with his new phone today.If there is some way for you to honor or compensate her in some way, please do so.”

She assisted us in the upgrade of both my wife's phone and her tablet. The process was smooth and was completed in short order. She also worked with Verizon customer service to clear up an issue with a tablet that I no longer own. She was friendly and warm and easy to work with, and we left knowing we got the best deal available.”

“Came in for an upgrade but no stock. Alma and Shari assured me phone would come to my house in 2 days abd it did. They both were so nice and made me feel good as a customer. Came back to them to activate and have old phone changed to 2nd line. Eric helped me with this. Very friendly and took time to explain things. A nice employee. This store would be my go to luckily. I was afraid to go anywhere after the extremely bad experience at the Orland store near Mall. Customers should go to Tinley.”

I was dreading going in, but both times I visited and had her helping us, the process was seamless and enjoyable. My wife and I really needed that considering we had 2 tired kids with us?Give her a raise, promotion, whatever.... Just don't let her leave and have her train the other staff (some of them really need it there)!!!”

“I went in at 10:15 to upgrade my phone. The guy who helped me ran the card on file instead of using the one I gave him. This is after I told him not to. He refused to see his mistake saying he didn’t. It wasn’t until I showed him on my mobile banking app that he apologized but said he couldn’t fix his mistake. I’m giving this place four stars because Tachi stepped in to assist and made everything better for me. She was apologetic, patient and very helpful. She also kept the line moving while multitasking with me. There were only two people working and she was on it. She assisted so many customers and me while the gentleman who helped me was with a customer for an hour. She is a true gem to this location. I really appreciated her today. I left at 12p but because of her I wasn’t upset anymore. Great customer service Tachi!!!!”
