“Please get your rental truck/ van/ sprinter from this location!!!! The process is wayyyyy easier and only two forms of identification needed. Prices are easier on the pockets. They do not ask for your mortgage bills, 3 forms of identification and blood donations like enterprise rental. Their vehicles are practically new!!!!”

“Had best price, fast check- in at airport (no line!), had choice of a few vehicles when we got to the garage, friendly staff, quick return. Car was very nice, clean, in good shape, and ran very well. At dropoff Tyre (or maybe Tyrie - sorry not sure how to spell his name) was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Helped us get though the check out process quickly and efficiently and even unloaded our bags for us from the trunk. Great customer service. He and all of the other staff were definately working hard. Would be nice to clarify where to exit at pickup from the garage, the sign was confusing to me since all rental companies go out the same exit booth but it doesn't say Alamo on the sign so in my opinion would be worth a quick mention at check in, but that's not Alamo's fault. Overall can't complain, was a great experience and would rent from them again!”
“The Lombard Enterprise location is our go to place for local car rentals. In the past we used miscellaneous car rentals n the area, but since Jacob has been the manager here we have had amazing service and don't think of going anywhere else. I have an issue with fragrances and somehow he manages every time to provide me with a car that has no air freshener smell. We are waited on quickly and courteously, unlike previous experiences. The cars are in great condition. We are hooked.”

“I searched for a 24 hour car rental and came across multiple rental agencies but chose to go with Alamo (Ohare Airport) location and they did not disappoint. I did everything online which was a breeze to navigate through. Reserved the type of car I wanted head out and to Alamo showed my license to a smiling representative and they directed me to a selection of clean ready to go SUV's. When I was done the return process was just as easy . Pull forward the attendant scanned the car in and said have a good evening and thank you for choosing the Alamo. That was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had renting a car. Thank you Alamo!”

“The Enterprise on Skokie Blvd was excellent. The directions provided on day one were informative. When the shop extended days, Enterprise answered all my questions and assured me everything was okay on their end. Also the car started fine and ran smooth. In addition they notified me the rental was picked up at the shop where I left it and passed inspection and also Dan addressed the return of my deposit without me having to ask.

“There was an issue with the car leaking a little oil so when I was sure it had enough oil I drove it back to Enterprise and although they didn't have another rental for me at the moment they got it fixed as quickly as was possible and I was back on the road. The assistant manager was absolutely great.”

“I needed a rental for a family outing. I made the reservation 2.5 weeks in advance. I rented a large suv that could seat 7 people. The day before the rental date I got a call for confirmation. When I went to pick up the rental they didn’t have a large suv available. They had a minivan available which I ended up taking and they dropped the price for my inconvenience but it was just frustrating since I made the reservation 2.5 weeks in advance.”
