They accommodated me today for an emergency visit with my cat (Saturday). I couldn’t be more pleased with the services provided and their willingness to help. Additionally, I recently received a cancer diagnosis for my sweet doggo. Dr. Chris was compassionate and patient with me as I worked through my emotions. From the good days to the bad days - 10/10 recommend!

The staff is amazing, I feel very comfortable leaving my dog Mako there. He goes right for the door excited and happy. My groomer Meghan does exactly what I want and once again Mako loves her. It means alot to me that I don't ever worry when he's there!

1726 S West Ave, Freeport312 Beef & Sausage was such a comfy atmosphere. The food tastes homemade. Located off S West Ave., near Mobile Gas Station and across from Midwest Community Bank. My family ate some wonderful hot meals. We ordered, Chicago Dog (2x), Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Brisket Dog, Italian Beef, Crinkle Cut Fries, Cheese Curds and Fresh Cut Fries. We had a great time here. We met the owner, Phil, and talked to him for a little bit. The owner radiates such enthusiasm for each customer that's contagious and is no wonder why this place is so popular and has over 4-Star glowing reviews. He was so kind to us that he made us, from scratch, complimentary two hot Pretzels and Onion Rings. If you've ever had hot Pretzels before... You've never tried these homemade Pretzels. As we were dividing each pretzel apart, it was so soft to the touch and the steam was coming out. Almost something out of professional commercial, in slow motion. The food, the atmosphere and the entire staff was genuinely amazing to serve us and other guests in the restaurant. The menu selection is large, so be sure to bring your hungry belly. They also offer gaming rooms for those that enjoy gambling . Overall I will be returning here as this is my second time coming here. First time was December 24, 2024.
