“Troy was amazing and professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and helped me switch over my plan from another country. I was scared it was going to be complicated but he made it so simple and painless. I heard another employee in the store who was very kind and patient to an elderly woman who had accidentally come to the wrong store (she had T mobile). I had such a great experience with this store. Highly recommend!”
