“We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary (January 14th) somewhere close to home. Always wanted to stay here but never did. It was wonderful. IEverything about the room from space, tub, bath towels, bed and also the amazing bartender ( I didn't get his name). Front desk was amazing too. What really made us decide here was because my daughter did a visit with Turning Pointe Autism Foundation. Any company that allow adults with Asperger to take the time and talk about job skills and etc is where I want to spend my money. I posted all over social media about when she came with school to visit plus when we stayed. Great job everyone continue to be awesome and helping. Only thing was we stayed on a Sunday so restaurant was closed but was still able to order from a selected menu.Rooms: Clean, towels are big if your thicker. The bath was relaxing. The bed wa great . Only thing was the tv in bathroom was a little staticky but will stay again and highly recommend.Food & drinks: Drinks was fantastic & I can't lie my meal was alright ? but my husband was fantastic ?”

“It is located just near OHare airport, however I would recommend to book an uber to reach here as public transport is less frequent.The rooms are decent enough for the price they are charging. They won't be providing any toiletries except a cheap soap. Make sure you carry your bodywash and shampoo. They do provide napkins and towels though.The hotel is away from downtown, but if you are looking for a quite and affordable place then this is it.They have a vending machine which has shampoo and conditioner each for 3 dollars plus some snacks.They also have a soda machine (its not free).Additionally, a microwave in the lobby area.Overall a pretty good experience for the price they charge.Noteworthy details: No toiletries provided”
“Beware the pool is not a relaxing place for adults or parents who have well behaved kids. We bought an expensive day pass only to be bombarded by a group of boys (likely a bday party) who were whipping ppl with pool noodles and throwing nerf balls all over the place. I was lucky enough to get pelted in the face by a wet nerf ball while sitting in the hot tub and ended up with a migraine and a black eye. No parents in sight to control these kids. Meanwhile, my poor girls couldn't even swim because the pool was overtaken by these unsupervised boys.Hyatt, get it together and have an employee supervise what's happening in your pool. It's out of control. Wish I could get my money back.”

“Great place for a mini-reunion with a cousin. Central location, close to restaurants, very large, clean, comfortable room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast - everything fresh and a really nice variety. Also a great place if you're traveling with a dog. There is a lot of grass surrounding the property, which often isn't true with hotels that say they are pet-friendly. There is also a nice park right across the street as well. Very pleased with our visit.”

Joanne went above and beyond to help me get situated into my room on a last minute walk in request. She was very helpful and understanding. My day was already falling apart, and she helped pull it back together with top-notch customer service! Traveling during the holidays can be stressful. “There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful this place is. My husband and I came here to celebrate us getting married and we could not have been happier. We didn’t know what to expect when we got there but it was perfect. We got the Classic whirlpool suite, everything was clean, set up beautifully, and so comfy!! Kyle at the front desk was extremely welcoming and quick to get us checked in. When leaving, the manager was amazing and so helpful. We will definitely be back… no doubt about it!”

“The best thing about it is that it was very convenient to where I was needing to be. Also, the breakfast is absolutely stellar – the best I’ve seen anywhere. the bed is very nice, But the sofa and chairs aren’t very comfortable.. Upkeep on the whole place is below average—There’s always something wrong with something. it took days to get a microwave delivered to my room. The people at the desk range from being very pleasant and engaging to downright rude. I will say that the manager went out of his way to help me replace meds that the housekeeper had inadvertently knocked into my sink. That was super.”

“I stayed here on a work trip, and it was super convenient. The location seems a little sketchy at first because it's tucked between some commercial buildings, but I wasn't there for the view. The rooms are clean and sufficient for work travel. There is a 24-7 snack stand and coffee bar available. The breakfast is included and is pretty standard for a free hotel buffet breakfast. The best part was the contactless check-in and being able to use my phone as my key, using the Hilton app.”

The bathroom has a double door. One to the bedroom and one to the living room. There was a balcony with a huge TV, couch and chairs.Nearby activities: OakBrook Mall is near and there are multiple things straight down one street for about 10 blocks. “It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. Front desk person was very nice and friendly. Atmosphere was nice. My room had a giant cobweb which made it seem like housekeeping doesn't "deep deep" clean. The connection for the tv kept going out so it was annoying trying to watch shows. Unfortunately other guests kept going out in the hallway to talk on the phone and they were extremely noisy. Other than that it was alright of a stay.”

“We booked a Jacuzzi room and later in the night when we went to use it we found out it did not work. The whole reason we went here was for the Jacuzzi. We did not notify staff at the moment bc it was 3 am and we didn't feel like dealing with it. Also the door had no seal around it so you could hear all outside noise and a bad cold draft pouring into the room. The toilet also had a lot of condensation on it and water on the floor around it. Still waiting to hear back from the manager”
