He even worked with me to find the drop off and pickup times that worked best for our schedule. When the rental period arrived, the team was great -- communicative, friendly, easy to talk to. They used the elevator to bring the chair up to our apartment, and then worked with us to makes sure we knew how to operate it.
The chair itself was intuitive to operate, even for an elderly woman, and had really good speed and maneuverability, allowing her to easily navigate around a crowded city street.
We were very pleased with our experience at Midwest Mobility, and will definitely be returning to them when we next need a chair!”

“I came in here today with my 13-year-old daughter with autism after she broke her finger and we were looking for a specific finger splint that catered to her needs with sensory issues and we couldn’t find it in a store or online in our doctors office didn’t have it. The employee who was here was amazing. He looked in everything he had everywhere in the store, trying to find what we needed. We tried on multiple different ones. He took his time was very patient with us was just so kind and amazing.
