She really tried to help me figure out the root cause of the ringing in my ear. She explained there’s no way to test for tinnitus, but she still performed the hearing test and listened to my concerns. She gave me natural ways to help with my tinnitus. I felt seen and heard which meant the world to me. I highly recommend”

When I arranged for delivery he was so accommodating, willing to upgrade my scooter and pick it up near Midway instead of the North side where it was dropped off. “Wonderful customer service. I called to order a walker and was given all the information needed for my dr to write a prescription for the walker. I didn't have to pick it up. The walker was delivered to my home the next day and adjusted to my height and weight. Best Aid Medical Supply took care of submitting claim information to Medicare and supplemental insurance. They made everything so easy. Impressive.”

“I wanted to go through Mark Drug for an insurance covered breast pump. I had no clue what the process was and Teresa helped me through the process. She sent me all the pumps they carried. Once the referral auth went through, she really helped me pick which pump would best fit my needs. She sent links to blogs, reviews, videos etc and it truly was so helpful. I had no idea that the collection cups were also covered and she was kind enough to explain that to me. It was a pleasure to work with her to get my pump. “I was the panicked Mom of a 6 year old with her first black eye, on a hunt for a case of instant ice packs. None of the medical supply stores in my area carry them. I called Tetra, they are not a 'store' per-say, more like a distribution center, I called and truly, the woman I dealt with couldn't have been any nicer. I can't imagine they sell one case of their products very often, but did on this day to me without hesitation and in that moment I was really grateful. I don't know much about the medical supply business but from a customer service stand point they get 5 stars from me! Incidentally, I had way more ice packs then I needed but with a six year old they come in handy all the time.”

“We had our equipment delivered through Advacare while doing in home hospice for my mother. They call you ~30 minutes before they will be at your home to give you a heads up that they would be arriving. My dad and I were at home all day so it was not an issue for us; however, I can see it being difficult for someone who had a caretaker who was not at home all the time. The equipment they brought over was in ok condition. There were some that were quite dusty so always make sure to wipe everything down if possible especially the bed. The hospital bed's remote they gave us was so dirty, I had to clean it and wrap in saran wrap since I did not know where it had been haha. Each delivery is brought in, set up and taken away by one driver. All of our drivers were very friendly, courteous and efficient. We especially got along well with Hector and Mario. I do however agree with a couple of negative reviewers who noted that it is quite cold that they try to get the equipment removed as soon as a hospice patient dies. They called us probably an hour after my mom passed to schedule a time to pick up the equipment. The funeral home wasn't even there at that time. They thankfully let me schedule the pick up for a week after but it would have been nice if they could have given at least a day for the families to grieve before having to think about logistics like equipment pick up.”

“Rating this business 5 Star for one important reason: in-store customer service was OUTSTANDING on Oct. 28, 2022... saleswoman gave my brother 'stellar' customer service, of course, we had gotten there shortly after opening. My brother can be quite rude at times b/c he's having back surgery and is nervous, this saleswoman, Nancy (I think that's her name) remained professional and her patience and tone of voice was so kind, she saw difficulty in my brother and she guided him on essential supplies needed...her calmness as she reassured him it'd be ok was refreshing to see as well as seeing her 'caring' of people stressed about surgery...nowadays, service like this is almost obsolete and RARE. “Chris and the team are incredible. After the worst customer service I have ever received for absolutely anything with Numotion, I called Chris frantic. I needed a stander and a gait trainer for my two year old. Chris was incredible. Numotion stalled for weeks without letting me order, their rep never returned any of my phone calls to move the process along. Chris ordered the stander that day, had it delivered within 7 days to my home. He arranged for a vendor to come help my son try gait trainers 36 hours later, placed the order the same day and will be delivered 7 days from ordering. Being a parent of a child with different needs can be challenging and Chris made this easy as can be. Give Chris a call. The service was fast with no bs, turnaround time was exceptional and he checked in through the process to ensure everything was going smoothly. Matt is amazing as well. He came out after business to deliver to my son. He set it up, and this mobile stander made him smile ear to ear! They took an incredibly horrible experience with Numotion, to one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Thanks guys :)”
