“Helpful and friendly customer service. I love the recently add self check out. The only complaints I have is that when I open my perches 2 items where damaged I ( I bought multiple finger nails polishes 2 of them where dried out because the top was cracked. The second thing I bought 2 bags as soon as a got about half way to the parking lot the bag broke with only 2 items not even a quarter of a pound. I'll still go back I just bring my own bag and check product better”

“This is a great Burlington location. Huge with a large selection of everything from clothes to accessories and makeup, rugs, home decor, handbags, shoes, pillows and bedding, pots and pans and other kitchen products, misc household items and even automotive accessories.The only downside to this place is how often the fitting rooms are closed. It makes no sense to sell so many clothes but have no fitting rooms open..The prices are pretty good as expected and the workers are nice and friendly.The store is also very well kept and clean.”

I would definitely mark this as one of the Marshalls I would go to shop over some of the other locations. There is a large parking area, other nice stores in the same location and they do have a bathroom.”

“I had a very good experience today at the Sephora within this Kohls store. The young woman working was very attentive, capable and pleasant. I watched her deal with a very annoying customer who tried to monopolize her time with ridiculous requests, and this young lady was extremely patient and professional. I just do not understand why customers do not see that other people are waiting behind them. There is no reason to ask for directions to another store in the age of Google maps!I actually felt entertained watching this woman (customer) make demands of this very patient employee with multiple ridiculous requests. It’s astounding to me how people do not seem to realize they aren’t the only person on planet earth!Again back to the employee- she was awesome and kind. I could not have had the same level of patience. I wish I had gotten her name so I could recognize her professionalism. She even thanked me for waiting and recognized how long I had to wait.It’s not often you encounter employees like this. Thank you!”

“Great customer service here! Everyone is so friendly and always smiling. We purchased an ottoman. Mike was so helpful in loading our ottoman on the flat bed cart and even into our car. At first, it wasn’t going to fit in our car because of the legs so he went out of his way to grab a hex key and removed the legs for us and voila, it fit! I also loved all of the selections in the store. So much variety of things I needed from storage to bedding. I love coming here even though it’s 30 min drive for me. I have a Home Goods 5 min away from home but it’s worth the drive.”

“Nancy and David were the nice reps that helped me at Sephora. This review is solely for them. Every.single.time. that I've stepped foot into a Sephora (kohls or not but especially kohls locations) I've had mediocre to horrific experiences with all of their representatives. David and Nancy deserve to get all the kudos and credit. David didn't ignore me and immediately asked if I needed help with something. He assisted me with kindness and professionalism. Nancy ended up helping me over the phone when I was having issues with an even exchange at an alternate location. She too was professional and helpful. I've sworn off kohls as an establishment from here on out but these two are the reason I even consider becoming a customer again.”

“I was very disappointed to walk into your store on January 2 and see that all the Christmas decorations were taken down!I would at least expect Christmas decorations to be up until the 12 days of Christmas pass.Even the Rockefeller Christmas tree in New York stays up until January 13th.Also, you should offer your Christmas wrapping through January 7. There are over 300 million Orthodox Christians living throughout the world that celebrate Christmas on a different day and a different Easter as well.I can’t get my gifts wrapped with Christmas paper because you take it away:(”

All at the same level. It's a shame that I'm in Brazil and don't have many opportunities to visit the USA. If I ever go there again I will visit Ross for sure.
