He said time me and by my count 81 seconds later my email was fixed my display was fixed and my settings were all properly adjusted! It’s been more than easy working with Jack. I’ve noticed another review said this store is unique to all of the rest. That is definitely a true statement. I’ve always been a Verizon user and the phone trade-in experience was so painless that I was waiting for the other shoe to drop the whole time. So very thankful it was remarkably easy to work with their staff who answered all my annoying questions with care and attention AND could tend to other customers simultaneously. Chris held it down!
