“Odin and I stopped in on our way home from the Lake Forest dog park and we had a wonderful experience! He got so much love from the lady who helped us (I am so sorry I don't remember her name). She gave him free treats and I was able to let him pick out a few things to bring home! She was also very knowledgeable about the dog food and was able to give me suggestions! We will be back 100%. I have been a loyal customer to Chewy because they have had such great customer service, but I received amazing customer service from a local company and that is good enough for me!”

“I came in frantic taking my new kitten to the vet. I was very lost and confused as it was my first pet and I asked the perfect person for help. I feel terrible I forgot her name but she was a young blood lady with colored eyes, beautiful hand tattoos and the first name started with an N or an M. She was very helpful and offered to assemble my carrier at the register. She was so empathetic and my experience here was so much better because of her. I wish that more retail places had workers with such a kind heart.”

“I spent years searching for a cat groomer, for my ragdoll Kona. My dog groomer recommended Jesse. She’s a cat whisperer—or in my case, a Kona whisperer! Kona typically needs to be put under at the vet to be groomed and that is so traumatic and unhealthy. Jesse is the only groomer who has had success working with him. After appointments with her, Kona comes out clean, fresh, and beautiful. And the best part is he is calm and happy! I appreciate Jesse immensely! Finding someone who genuinely cares about your fur babies is priceless, and I am forever grateful for Jesse’s dedication and care.”

“I saw this cute little store while I stopped by Pete's for some coffee. I was attracted to the store with their cute pet display so I thought I'd check it out. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted and asked if we needed assistance. I initially went in to look around but ended up buying a few things to try for my fuzzy baby. I was pleased to find that they had a lot of brands that I've only seen online. I'm trying out the open farms kibble to see how my girl likes it. I also got the meal toppers to try and a few treats. This was such a cute store and their prices were affordable considering they carry quality items. Will definitely come back to try more of their offerings and maybe bring the pup next time.”
“i had my cat groomed here by Mo and it was an amazing experience! they were a very patient and gentle groomer :) mo gave my kitty breaks and lots of pets. they gave a clean, beautiful lion cut :) all of the staff was very warm and welcoming and you could tell they really cared about the animals. would recommend and will def come here again! :)”

“I typically go to the kildeer location, but today I had a 2 bags of food delivered. One bag came from somewhere else and one bag came from here. The delivery bag had our name and some cute paw prints drawn on and inside there was a little goodie bag with samples, treats, store info and in our receipt letter there was a cute drawing as well. I haven't gone inside this location but it seems like there members and Melissa are very friendly and are doing an amazing job or going above and beyond”
“I had worked at this groomin salon and let me tell you Karen and Dannie (the groomers really know how to handle dogs and its the only salon I had worked at as an assistant where they stop and give the dogs a break if they show any signs of stress...they use high quality products for cleansing and shampooing dogs..( from a previous comment. Dawn is only used when there are really oily ..dirty dogs ..and it is used on only specific parts of the body..like the butt..mixed in with a high quality shampoo...I have read about her prices being high but they do an amazing .skilled groom..and the rent has gone up along with the price of the products..I haven't worked there in a year but u get every penny worth of a great groom in the hands of caring people ...rest assured your pup is in good hands..Chris who has been there for several years does an amazing job as an assistant to the owner and maintains a very clean sanitary place..I'd give it 10 stars if I could..one more comment on why prices may have gone up is she pays a living wage y to her employees..she pays a higher wage then most places..therefore she has several staff that choose to stay with her”
“My favorite place to go to for my pets needs. The staff is always so friendly and is always happy to help! I was accidently overcharged on my bill yesterday but they were apologetic and corrected the mistake promptly. They are also very knowledgeable on pet food and will give recommendations based on what you're looking for. I always have a great experience going there.
