“The rep was really nice and helpful and great. I was charged twice as much for the phone as it cost on the website and the phone is not that great but that was NOT the rep's fault. People send me a text message and it sometimes doesn't show up for hours after they have sent it to me! It also froze up first day using it and I had to take the battery out and put it back in to get it to work properly. It is a SUMMIT FLIP phone.”

“I visited T-Mobile's store in Countryside, IL with my Samsung Galaxy 813. I had unknowingly changed my PIN, and was locked out of my phone. There was no way to unlock it, so I had to purchase a new Galaxy 816. My sales representative, Mercedes, was very patient and helpful, as she took me through the process of purchasing and activating my new phone. “Wanted to say thanks to Doug for doing me a solid yesterday. My phone drowned at sea while on vacation in Mexico. Doug was able to let me barrow a used phone from the store and insert my SIM card for me to receive text messages that I needed to verify my accounts. Able to make a claim to the insurance to get a replacement in 2 days! I appreciate Doug being patient with me with the whole process!!”

“I came in a week ago to get a new account. I really wanted the iPhone 14 pro, and since it was on backorder, they had to have it shipped to me. A few days later, I had my phone! I didn't expect it to get it so fast! The associates here are so helpful! And I'm not an easy person to deal with when it comes to services. I'm here again today, December 17, 2022 because I tried to activate my new device at home and totally FAILED! The online chat support associates were of no help and they redirected me to go to a T-Mobile store. Since I had a great experience last week, I came back for help. Today I was helped by Norelys, who is AMAZING! She was able to get my new device activated and help me bring up the iCloud backup on this new iPhone 14 pro device! 110% Recommend this location! I'm walking out a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!”

As Dani sold and set up my grandmothers phone, her smartwatch and even my grandmother's hearing aid, the store manager Brandon stopped by and gave us three T-Mobile Christmas glasses.
