“I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for years with multiple lines, and Jay at the Oakbrook, IL location is by far the best rep I’ve ever dealt with. Originally sent by Costco across the street for a device return, I ended up learning about all the extras T-Mobile offers that other reps never mentioned and got everything everything else taken care of quickly and efficiently. Jay and the Oakbrook location have set a high standard for T-Mobile service. Definitely recommended.”

“Wanted to say thanks to Doug for doing me a solid yesterday. My phone drowned at sea while on vacation in Mexico. Doug was able to let me barrow a used phone from the store and insert my SIM card for me to receive text messages that I needed to verify my accounts. “The rep was really nice and helpful and great. I was charged twice as much for the phone as it cost on the website and the phone is not that great but that was NOT the rep's fault. People send me a text message and it sometimes doesn't show up for hours after they have sent it to me! It also froze up first day using it and I had to take the battery out and put it back in to get it to work properly. It is a SUMMIT FLIP phone.”

“Excellent store excellent customer service was helped by multiple team members from everything regarding phone activation technical difficulties and they got it done quick. Also had questions about my billing and got reasonable and understandable responses and answers. Was also able to drop off old box’s and receive new ones as well overall. It got busy once I entered the location but was still waited on and addressed in a timely manner and fashion. This will be my go to location for all future xfinity needs.”
