“The rep was really nice and helpful and great. I was charged twice as much for the phone as it cost on the website and the phone is not that great but that was NOT the rep's fault. People send me a text message and it sometimes doesn't show up for hours after they have sent it to me! It also froze up first day using it and I had to take the battery out and put it back in to get it to work properly. It is a SUMMIT FLIP phone.”
“I've been to three other T-Mobile locations in the past week. They each told me that my id was unacceptable. This woman simply scanned the temp driver's license and moved on with the sale. The hillside location had just today told me that my id was illegal and refused to talk to me. This place gets my business. Jessica is an exemplary customer service person. We had planned to go back the next day to complete the purchase but have been delayed by car trouble.”

Honestly, it’s been a long time that I experienced such good customer service. “I came in a week ago to get a new account. I really wanted the iPhone 14 pro, and since it was on backorder, they had to have it shipped to me. A few days later, I had my phone! I didn't expect it to get it so fast! The associates here are so helpful! And I'm not an easy person to deal with when it comes to services. I'm here again today, December 17, 2022 because I tried to activate my new device at home and totally FAILED! The online chat support associates were of no help and they redirected me to go to a T-Mobile store. Since I had a great experience last week, I came back for help. Today I was helped by Norelys, who is AMAZING! She was able to get my new device activated and help me bring up the iCloud backup on this new iPhone 14 pro device! 110% Recommend this location! I'm walking out a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!”

“Excellent store excellent customer service was helped by multiple team members from everything regarding phone activation technical difficulties and they got it done quick. Also had questions about my billing and got reasonable and understandable responses and answers. Was also able to drop off old box’s and receive new ones as well overall. It got busy once I entered the location but was still waited on and addressed in a timely manner and fashion. This will be my go to location for all future xfinity needs.”
