He told me to bring them in and replaced the defective spike nails for free, even though I was willing to pay for them. It was very kind of him. I intend to purchase running shoes for my child, in future, from him.”

“Every time I shop at this location the customer service is excellent. Today and on previous visits Tally assisted me by setting my fitting room and finding outfits and clothes. She is great about asking the occassion/event and what look I'm going for. Once she has that info she goes to work! With the store having such a large inventory and tons of looks Im very grateful she assisted me today. When I was waiting a few minutes in line for a cashier she even called for backup. Elijah was my cashier who is always pleasant snd professional. My only con for the visit was that the music was too loud. In addition to Tally there were other staff members that offered assistance today. Every piece I bought today was picked by Tally except one. The staff my shopping experience easy and my vaca looks ??”

I contacted customer service and they were SUPER helpful and very nice. She helped me get a replacement one shipped to me so that i didn’t have to drive an hour away to get it. Love their return policy, as a mom I tend to forget or do not have time to go and return items or exchange them right away and at Famous footwear you don't just have 30days, even if it's been a longer they will gladly exchange for you as long as they have not been worn (obviously).”

“While waiting for a reservation at a restaurant nearby, we stopped at Talbots. (I was with my wife and my mother.) Both are petite and both shop at Talbots since they have one of the best selections of petite-sized women's clothes around. When I tried to check-in, I realized that this location wasn't on Yelp, so I added them. (The manager was very happy I did that.) While the women shopped, I took a few pictures and posted them right away. For the few times I go clothes shopping with family, I know how hard it is to find petite clothing. This Talbots has one of the largest selection of Petites I've seen anywhere. Both found a number of things they liked. (And I have to admit, looked good.) We patronized, and found things; we paid (and got a $30 discount for joining their buying club). Then, it was off to dinner.”
“The girls that work at the store are always so sweet and helpful. The store is always clean and organized and I really love being able to come out here opposed to going through a busy mall. Today we went to do an exchange because I accidentally bought my daughter the wrong size of shoe. The girls were so nice and took their time to have the right size sent to us by mail. “Went at the recommendation of my physical therapist to get new walking shoes. I broke my ankle 5 months ago, have swelling from edema & used to have plantar fasciitis so I wanted expert attention to get the right shoe. I was greeted right away and helped very professionally by Gia. The “Albert” scale demonstrated the shape of my foot and arch, I walked on the treadmill which they recorded and viewed to understand my gait - then she lent me socks & suggested four different shoes. All were comfortable and stylish. I bought my favorite pair & ended up getting a few pairs of the socks. A little on the pricey side but so worth the cost of getting the right fit with a thorough measurement system. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend.”
