“Service you'll never find at a Big Box retailer. I have never been to this particular Ace hardware but online it said there was a particular battery available at this location. The first thing I noticed when I came in is the cleanliness and organization ... WOW ... Great first impression. Secondly I was immediately greeted! I couldn't find what I was looking for but another worker that was stocking stopped what they were doing and asked me what I was looking for. I told her what I was looking for, took me to the location and helped me find the right battery which ended up being in their queue by the registers. If I lived near this Ace hardware I would be a regular. It's not every day you get exceptional service and this was one of those days.”
