“Great people to work and do business with. We have been customers of Xclutel for awhile, but with remote work growing, we wanted to take our business to the next level. Microsoft teams was not very compatible with our system, but the new web based phone system that Xclutel offers is fantastic. Bill and Paul gave me an excellent demo that really made the final decision about giving it a go. It is a little more money monthly, but nothing compares to being able to take our call center phone calls from practically anywhere in the world. So with that being said, it is paying for itself with the advanced options we were given. We have one remote worker and a very small call center- and now our remote worker can easily take calls right along with the in office girls with such ease! This has taken our business to the next level and is just what we needed for all the technology/remote changes that are happening in today's workplace. “Recently switched from AT&T to Verizon. Stopped in the Hoffman Estates store just to get some information - but ended up walking out with five new phones! Angel and Doug were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. The switch went smoothly overall. I did run into a couple minor issues with some phone functions, but went back to the store and Angel quickly resolved everything. Great customer service and a very positive experience!!”
“I broke my phone and had to get a replacement! Anna was very helpful and was able to explain to me my current plan and break down visually my new plan upgrade and costs. She even provided me with great deals and was also able to come out with an Apple Watch. Anna made sure everything was set up correctly and all information from my old phone was transferred to the new one. She was very kind and helpful while also taking care of other customers coming into the store while she was troubleshooting through the T-Life app to get my phone set up. “Chris is Amazing! Nothing better then walking into a sales establishment and your bill is exactly what it's supposed to be with everything explained with full clarity which is rare nowadays. My elderly parents stopped in and worked with Chris and he treated them like gold. Did everything for them and gave them all the time and attention and elderly person needs with excellent attention to detail and transparency which is refreshing. The online Verizon resources hadn't worked and in desperation I went to the store on a busy Saturday with no appointment. “Alex orchestrated a fantastic phone-buying experience! My wife and I were switching from T-mobile and getting two new iPhone 17 pros and an Apple Watch SE with phone plan. T-Mobile told me our plan was no longer going to be available and was raising our monthly rate by $12 a month.
Alex was knowledgeable and was able to guide us on the best phone purchase for our family. He then scoured all of his resources and was able to find several discount for us. Long story short, our new plan with Xfinity costs about the same as our old T-Mobile plan but with brand new phones and an added line.
Also Alex was able to give us a discount on our Xfinity internet. Alex went the extra mile on his helpfulness, he didn’t try to oversell us, and he was transparent during the whole sale.
