I first met him at the East Dundee T-Mobile location, and his customer service made such a great impression on me that I ended up driving all the way from Elgin to the Lake Zurich location just to continue working with him. “Great people to work and do business with. We have been customers of Xclutel for awhile, but with remote work growing, we wanted to take our business to the next level. Microsoft teams was not very compatible with our system, but the new web based phone system that Xclutel offers is fantastic. Bill and Paul gave me an excellent demo that really made the final decision about giving it a go. It is a little more money monthly, but nothing compares to being able to take our call center phone calls from practically anywhere in the world. So with that being said, it is paying for itself with the advanced options we were given. We have one remote worker and a very small call center- and now our remote worker can easily take calls right along with the in office girls with such ease! This has taken our business to the next level and is just what we needed for all the technology/remote changes that are happening in today's workplace. The problem stumped her at first as well. But she diligently and patiently went through all the troubling shooting steps and then some to help me. I am a combat Veteran and try to stay away from stress. The ability to use the assistant when i'm driving and concentrate on the road is very important to me. “This review is specifically for Yania N at the T Mobile store in the Woodfield mall in Schaumburg Il. I ordered a new Samsung phone on T-Mobile online to replace my 8 year old Samsung phone and decided I needed some help setting up the new phone. She greeted us warmly when we arrived, introduced herself, and took great care of us. There were a few glitches setting up the new phone, but she quickly figured out a way to complete the transfer. I would have spent many hours on this, but she did it quickly and expertly. She politely asked a few questions about our internet coverage and gave us some great information on their wireless internet service - no pressure just information.

I observed great customer service from all T-Mobile employees at this location for about 40 minutes as we waited for the data to be transferred from my old phone to the new phone. We will always come to this location when we need help from T-Mobile and I hope to see Yania next time too...”

The online Verizon resources hadn't worked and in desperation I went to the store on a busy Saturday with no appointment. “I have been with this store since they opened. In June my best friend, 90 years old, wanted a phone for emergencies and reaching Uber and me, so I took her in and they set her up. She COULD NOT figure out the phone and asked me to return it, so in I came.
Jessica came to help. She had to follow the rules (no return after 30 days), but still sought the manager out. He did not budge. Yet Jessica jumped through every hoop she could find to try and help me. She even checked my phone for apps and right there saved me about $50 a month on stuff I was double paying for or wasn’t using. She was so empathetic and helpful! A real ASSET to Verizon for sure. Over the years I have had “help” by the “guys” at the store that has been adequate, but Jessica went WAY beyond just your average customer service contact. In the end, she couldn’t take the phone back, but gave me a way to continue to contact corporate Verizon and I still left satisfied with my Verizon experience.
