“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”
“Michael made this one of the best customer experiences ever. Normally this process is arduous at best and a series of upsells that is all about increasing revenue and not helping the actual customer. This was not the case here.— Michael was all about the service and set up and customer needs. I was seriously considering leaving Verizon after 25 years because of the lack of attentiveness, lackluster customer service and increasing bills. The experience today gave me renewed hope that truly caring customer service isn’t dead just yet.”

“I highly recommend Vernon Hills T-Mobile. I could not get my google assistant to work. Something I've never had a problem doing. I came in frustrated and was helped by a young lady named Jennifer. The problem stumped her at first as well. But she diligently and patiently went through all the troubling shooting steps and then some to help me. I am a combat Veteran and try to stay away from stress. The ability to use the assistant when i'm driving and concentrate on the road is very important to me. “This review is specifically for Yania N at the T Mobile store in the Woodfield mall in Schaumburg Il. I ordered a new Samsung phone on T-Mobile online to replace my 8 year old Samsung phone and decided I needed some help setting up the new phone. She greeted us warmly when we arrived, introduced herself, and took great care of us. There were a few glitches setting up the new phone, but she quickly figured out a way to complete the transfer. I would have spent many hours on this, but she did it quickly and expertly. She politely asked a few questions about our internet coverage and gave us some great information on their wireless internet service - no pressure just information.
I observed great customer service from all T-Mobile employees at this location for about 40 minutes as we waited for the data to be transferred from my old phone to the new phone. We will always come to this location when we need help from T-Mobile and I hope to see Yania next time too...”
