“Great group of guys here. Very knowledgeable, amicable, and trustworthy staff. Have always been treated well whether I'm visiting the service department or sales department.Most recent experience was purchase of a '24 model snowmobile. If you're not familiar with the ordering process, you have to order one VERY quickly online if you want to get one for the following season. Arctic Cat took my deposit the day I ordered and asked which dealer to send it to (Route 12, duh!). Then in October, the manufacturer canceled the order on Route 12 (no fault of theirs). Come to find out, Arctic Cat canceled orders for the model I ordered once in April (as they accidentally accepted too many orders online) and again in October (for a reason unknown to me). Route 12 went out of their way to locate one for me! Thanks for finding my RX-C and maintaining my sleds!”

On more than one occasion he has solved problems nobody else could. He's a great skate tech so if you or your little one aren't loving your skates, take them to Fred. He can fix them and make you or your kid a better player. You are not going to get that at the big box.”

“I must give a glowing review for Shannon (Store Mgr) and her entire friendly and knowledgeable crew, as they are a team of ‘excellence’ at Wauconda’s Tractor Supply! I shop there regularly and for every visit, the team caters to every need and any question or heavy lifting and go above and beyond (even when I couldn’t be there physically due to an emergency situation, they managed a special order and delivery to my horse when I couldn’t shop and expedite!). I always feel the ‘small town’ vibe there…shop at Wauconda TS and they are all friends who care! I can tell that the team members are happy with their work because I’m always greeted with a smile and eagerness to serve.The community who shops there too, is a special one… Wauconda’s Tractor Supply has a great following! Equine Products are readily available and more is wanted! ***The Apparel section needs more variety, because I will buy at my favorite store in town, location presents itself for having bigger names (ariat) and more apparel and seasonal gear.
