“I bought a Royalpedic, All-Cotton bed through Bedside Manor and have been sleeping on it, quite well, for about 6 weeks. I researched beds for a long time. There are a lot of newer options out there, but due to allergies and also wanting a bed made with healthy materials that neither outgassed chemicals or scents of any kind, I chose not to purchase a foam, latex, or wool bed. Instead, I found the Royalpedic, All-Cotton Bed, which is carried by Bedside Manor.
I was able to try the mattress first at my local store, and found it to be very firm, which is exactly what I wanted. In fact, I now have zero back pain and zero shoulder pain when I wake up. (I also use body pillows for side sleeping, unless I sleep on my back.) It’s the most comfortable bed I’ve ever owned. (I know not everyone wants a firm bed, so my comfort may not be yours.)
Bedside Manor offered white glove delivery, which—being a senior—was what I needed. They not only set up the frame, box spring, and mattress, but put on my mattress and box spring encasements. Overall, the purchase, delivery, and installation were a pleasure.
I highly recommend Bedside Manor. Although V helped me and she was a delight, they all pitch in to help if your salesperson is not available. I always feel supported.
P.S. Many mattress companies offer 100 nights or your money back guarantee. Royalpedic mattresses are non-returnable/nonrefundable. They are custom made, extremely high-quality beds and do not come rolled up as many beds do nowadays due to their internal Swiss spring architecture. They are shipped flat and handled with care. I tested the mattress, ordered the mattress materials in advance and found them to be of high quality. For those of you with sensitivities to scents, the mattress has no scent. I took a well-calculated risk when buying this bed and it’s been well worth it.”
