“I want to start off by saying that I called Penny Mustard customer Service about a question on how to get a king size mattress which I had "inherited" up my stairs. The mattress (which was purchased from Penny Mustard by a friend who decided to move out of state) sat in my living room for a month before attempting to hike it up the stairs. I called Penny Mustard to ask if they had any advice and spoke to Donna who not only was friendly and very knowledgeable about mattresses. She took the time to speak to me about "folding the mattress in half" and getting it up the stairs. And she was so right! We got the king size mattress up the stairs like professional movers.Thank you Donna for taking the time and sharing your wisdom in mattress moving and for an excellent customer experience.”

“Staff is amazing, very thorough in the explanations of all the features for every model of sleep beds available. Great customer service and attempts to upsale the more expensive model. We originally purchased the cal king and after re-measuring at ho.e, called the next day to change to order to an Eastern king. The customer service rep (Dee) did not disappoint with the service provided. Delivery day, the technicians were personable, professional and respectful of our home. Our overall experience in the process was amazing! “My mattress is long overdue for a replacement, thus saith my achy back. So I browsed the Casper website with an interest in experiencing the look and feel of their mattress selection in-person. I stopped over at the Vernon Hills store to view the models on display for a real life 'try before you buy' test. What's cooler is that online I could schedule a one hour in-store nap at any of the participating Casper locations. During my test I even straddled my hubby to simulate that type of experience... The associate who helped me at the Vernon Hills store was very informative and had a great sense of humor.”

“Jeremy helped me out tremendously tonight! I bought a mattress that he thought would fit in my car once I emptied it. He told me to come back and he’d personally put it in my car for me since they don’t deliver the mattress that I purchased. So I went home and emptied my car and came back but unfortunately it didn’t fit. So Jeremy made things right and got me a killer deal on a better mattress and that one fit in my car.
