“in the several years I've been staying, I'm starting to see some decline. They could possibly use some upgrading but the things they have right is location, some staff are really top notch and their restaurant is not bad at all for breakfast. Overall it is a pleasant place. However seeing stained pillowcases when you first get into the bed is NOT acceptable. Cleaning staff needs to catch these things its just gross.Rooms: Quality check on cleanliness needs to reviewed stained sheets is the last thing a traveler expects to see, especially on a pillow case. Yuck”
“Beware the pool is not a relaxing place for adults or parents who have well behaved kids. We bought an expensive day pass only to be bombarded by a group of boys (likely a bday party) who were whipping ppl with pool noodles and throwing nerf balls all over the place. I was lucky enough to get pelted in the face by a wet nerf ball while sitting in the hot tub and ended up with a migraine and a black eye. No parents in sight to control these kids. Meanwhile, my poor girls couldn't even swim because the pool was overtaken by these unsupervised boys.Hyatt, get it together and have an employee supervise what's happening in your pool. It's out of control. Wish I could get my money back.”

“Great place for a mini-reunion with a cousin. Central location, close to restaurants, very large, clean, comfortable room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast - everything fresh and a really nice variety. Also a great place if you're traveling with a dog. There is a lot of grass surrounding the property, which often isn't true with hotels that say they are pet-friendly. There is also a nice park right across the street as well. Very pleased with our visit.”

“We had room with 2 queen size beds. Nice location 25 min from the airport.Flesh white towels, soap and shampoo, napkins were available. In the bathroom we had a hairdryer.Room was with carpet. TV, microwave, coffee mashine and small fridge.There no available spot to keep documents, but you can keep it in the reception.Lot of the parking spots.The location is super comfortable 5 min away by car from Walmart, target. 5 min from the pharmacy "Walgreens".Calm place not far from the police station.Continental breakfast available. There is a sidewalk so you can walk a little if needed.Super nice and clean lobby. You can print needed document in the lobby.Check in at 3pm. Check out at 12.00 pm.”

“There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful this place is. My husband and I came here to celebrate us getting married and we could not have been happier. We didn’t know what to expect when we got there but it was perfect. We got the Classic whirlpool suite, everything was clean, set up beautifully, and so comfy!! Kyle at the front desk was extremely welcoming and quick to get us checked in. When leaving, the manager was amazing and so helpful. We will definitely be back… no doubt about it!”

“We booked a Jacuzzi room and later in the night when we went to use it we found out it did not work. The whole reason we went here was for the Jacuzzi. We did not notify staff at the moment bc it was 3 am and we didn't feel like dealing with it. Also the door had no seal around it so you could hear all outside noise and a bad cold draft pouring into the room. The toilet also had a lot of condensation on it and water on the floor around it. Still waiting to hear back from the manager”

“I was pleasantly surprised at the clean, modern, well appointed room at this hotel. The outside looked dated, painted an odd combination of royal blue and white? I thought it would be old inside. My room was clean and modern with a super comfy bed! Staff was kind and efficient and breakfast was nice. I'd stay here again! The best is the walls weren't thin. I didn't hear anybody and I assume nobody heard me!Rooms: Small but clean and modern with microwave and fridge.”
“We had a more than adequate stay at this hotel. The staff were pleasant and responsive and the hotel was clean and everything was in working order. With many choices for breakfast, this felt like a bargain, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The bathroom was tight is my only negative, but it had what we needed and all worked. “All the ESAs I've stayed at have been great, but the Darien location and staff are the best. The manager Tracie takes his job very serious and treat everyone really well. Not just him but all the staff at this location makes sure your taken care of. House keeping is top notch here. (Mary) Thanks to everyone at the Darien location.Rooms: Nice to have good Internet service in your room. Very nice to be able to cook in your room and also it's nice to have the larger rooms.Safety: My belongings and my vehicle have always been safe. No worries.”

“Clean and cheap. $105. Me an two kids. 2 beds, tv, shower, food close. Not a "vacation room" but absolutely good enough to rent for a day or two if you got plans that will not require you to sit around in your room all day. Had mini fridge, an microwave. I always check, and found no bugs at all. Check in was easy, an all three employees I dealt with were nice, and friendly. If it is close to my next Naperville trip I wouldn't hesitate to book again.”

“I do not know to much of boilingbrook area but for it location you definitely get a piece of mind.Safety: The room I stay had rail in the bathroom to help get in and out of tub. The jettes whirlpool was very easy to get in and out of.Walkability: Easy to walk around in the room and halls by me have a walking disability.Food & drinks: Breakfast was good love there apple juice lol.”
