“Had a great time with my family this past week! All staff were very accommodating, but one employee really went above and beyond for us. Paige was an absolutely wonderful bartender. She was so sweet to my family and really got to know us. All of her drinks were perfect, and she even remembered our orders. Thank you Paige for all the great service Marriott is lucky to have you !”

“I was there for a business conference this past weekend, I totally loved the hotel, it was well lit, clean, ample parking, the conference room the we were at was super big and warm, we were a big group. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the bathrooms were really nice and clean, their cleaning crew where checking that the bathrooms were properly stocked and clean at all times, they have nice eating areas with tvs and plenty of places to seat down, I didn't get to see the bedrooms but if I'm going to judge by what I saw in the lower level I'm sure they are wonderful too, I totally recommend this hotel. ?❤️”

“We come from Europe for a conference in the area. Aloft was suggested by our local colleagues and finally we got it. The hotel is OK, nothing special. It is located in a central location. In short distance there are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers. It is bad that decent breakfast cannot be found at the hotel.”

“Phi Eta Psi Fraternity held thier bi-annual convention in Chicago this year. The staff, starting with the Shelly, the hotel's manager, she was outstanding. Every detail was carry out, especially the banquet staff. They are to be committed for the turnaround and outstanding job that they did. And getting the room set up and broke down for our conferences, couldn't. He did it without their help.”

“Noor helped us with planning our wedding block and I cannot say enough good things about working with Noor. She understood the stress of wedding planning and went out of her way to make sure she took stress off of our plates. Our guests loved the hotel choice because the staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were updated and clean, and the breakfast area gave our guests a good place to enjoy breakfast while spending time together.”

“Staff was amazing. I spent 5 nights there and had no issues. Room was clean upon arrival, breakfast was probably one of the best I have had at a hotel, and the lady that cooked the breakfast (for the life of me can't remember her name) had a great sense of humor and she is very passionate about her job. She honestly made the stay better.”

“ad a wonderful 3-night stay at Residence Inn Chicago Bolingbrook in a king suite. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The exercise room had all the equipment I needed for my workouts, which was a big plus. They also have a nice indoor swimming pool, though adding a hot tub would make the experience even better. The outdoor fireplace area was especially relaxing and a great place to unwind in the evening. Breakfast was yummy with good variety each morning, which we really appreciated during our stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.”

“Great experience. This hotel is extremely convenient to everything. There’s a Walmart and lots of storage and shopping not too far. It’s also right off the highway so I have an easy access to the interstate. The room is very spacious and comes with a mini kitchenette. Has a refrigerator, electric stove, and sink. Also, there is plenty of parking. Sue was a great help extending my day when needed.”

“My stay at the Fairfield Marriott was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the level of service stood out immediately. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with a level of comfort that made it easy to relax after a long day. Every detail—from the cleanliness to the amenities—reflected a strong commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the professionalism of the staff. Jena was incredibly respectful, courteous, and attentive, consistently demonstrating genuine care for guests. Nicholas was equally impressive—professional, efficient, and clearly dedicated to maintaining a high standard of service. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines such excellent accommodations with a team that genuinely takes pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend this Fairfield Marriott to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and welcoming stay.”

“2/2 on absolutely FANTASTIC stays at this wonderful place! The first time we came down and stayed for 4 nights and it was just as great as you imagine it will be looking at the pictures! Everything was cleanly and presentable and just has an overwhelming vibe of peace and comfort. The second time we came for just one night and out of nowhere on check in received a free upgrade?? Yet again everything was extremely clean at presentable and I could not think of anywhere else we would have rather stayed. Thank you champagne lodge! We will definitely be coming back 😁”

“I booked last minute and booked for the wrong day. They had 1 room left when I arrived. The staff immediately canceled my wrong date booking and got me in the available room. The room was clean. The only thing I personally did not care for was the bed was very low to the ground however, I wont discredit the hotel for that. The room i was able to book was a handicap accessible room and I believe that is why the bed may have been lower. Quiet hotel and friendly staff. Close to Chicago”

“I absolutely love this hotel! From the room to the location to the customer service! I was treated like I was at the Hilton! Norman the young man at the front desk has a heart of gold! Always pleasant and made my stay much more enjoyable by his positive energy! He is so hard working and deserves a raise! He has been the nicest person I ever encountered while staying at a hotel and for that reason alone I will always come here when I need a hotel to stay at. He made me feel so comfortable and helped with anything I needed. Now for my room. It was super clean and cozy. I slept like a baby! Beds were SO comfortable!! They are newly remodeled rooms so for the price you better snatch one and come here you won’t be disappointed! Right off 55 but you don’t hear a thing! Gas station food and Target right around the corner and down the street you have Bennys shopping and more food. I’m just over all super pleased and it was my pleasure to be a guest here. Thank you so much for your perfect hospitality!!! -Latoya ❤️”
