She possesses extensive knowledge, and the entire process of transferring my number took only a few minutes. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in a cellphone store. Natalia truly deserves a big promotion and should be a supervisor. It is extremely rare to encounter such a remarkable personality in the sales department.
