They’ve consistently delivered top-quality work for my business—handling everything from brochures and business cards to banners with professionalism and care.
Beyond my business needs, they’ve been an incredible resource for our local high school (New Trier), designing and printing large volumes of brochures, posters, banners, and banquet booklets for the Football, Lacrosse, and Field Hockey teams. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with these important projects. Their service, attention to detail, and reliability are unmatched!
But today, they surpassed even my highest expectations. A package we thought was lost was tracked down thanks to their persistence and incredible attention to detail. Mike and Pete were so responsive! They retraced every step—reviewing the labeling process, speaking with the driver, and even checking the in-store camera footage. Their extra effort solved the mystery, and the package was found and delivered right on time.

“I went to the UPS store in Lincoln Village, in Chicago, and Ali went out of his way to help me. He notarized a document for me and my husband and then helped me copy and fax over 20 pages. He was extremely courteous, patient and efficient. While I was waiting for my fax to complete I observed his behavior with multiple other customers and he was just as kind and helpful with everyone else. I am so glad I chose this store.”

“I can not say enough great things about this location. The folks here are so kind, courteous and helpful. I went in today with two giant boxes and an Amazon kiosk return. Because of my awful experience at the 47 W Division store I just let the guy know I had an Amazon kiosk return in addition to my counter shipments and he said no problem I’ll take it all here. And he told me to just leave my giant boxes where they were and he took care of them. Seems like a little thing but if you have ever been to the store on Division, you know it is a huge deal. Thank you so so much for your help today. Oh and going here vs. there you can actually get a parking spot in front of the store.”

Today I ended up cutting it too close and arrived at 4:59pm (store closes at 5pm) and they still took me in and helped me. “The woman who owns this business is super super super nice and patient. I came in to get a something packaged up from the Italian market next door and other stuff. I would have had her ship it out but I needed to use brown which she does not have as an option. She directed me to walk east down the block to the brown store. Her boxing and packaging prices seem to be more economical than the brown stores and Fdx Office. I would support her business again if I happen to be back in Chicago. Personally I prefer to patronize small business owners.”
