Tuba in the Touhy location was thorough, didn’t make me feel rushed and made me feel like I was the only customer in the world. Very attentive, gave all information I asked and more. She will single handedly improve the overall experience in this store. I appreciated her. Go straight to her if you want top notch relaxed service.”
“I came in the other day because I got so tired of my internet from at&t going out and Xfinity I had before is just a scam. I spoke with Amanda, not only did she listen to my frustrations she was also very empathetic to my situation. I never had Metro internet before but Amanda was knowledgeable about what I needed. So far I love how good my wifi signal is and how quick my videos load. Definitely will continue my services at Metro and hope to see Amanda there again.”
“Janeli was fabulous. I went into the store already frustrated because of an issue with an online purchase. She completely took care of everything in store and helped me get through working with Verizon’s online/phone team(which is brutal). Bilal who I believe is the manager was amazing too. He made sure everything was going smoothly and that I got the deals promised to me online. Highly recommend going to work with these two in person vs doing an online transaction. They made it easy.”
