“Fantastic shop! I was passing by and decided to stop in. Having visited card stores all over the US and the Chicago region, I can comfortably say this is one of the best around. Pete is awesome, a true member of the hobby, not just a shop owner and the staff couldn't be friendlier. Great selection of products for every hobbyist. I stopped in last Saturday, which was first Saturday of the month and they were hosting Trade Night, a great way to network and meet fellow hobbyists. Will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area! 10/10 recommendation!”

“Dave the proshop expert is very knowledgeable on what type of bowl you will need. He will drill your bowl perfectly to the way you throw your bowl. Trust me, the way he handles each customer is unique to that person's needs and wants.”

“I had a frustrating experience at first. Before making the trip, I called the store and was told they would be open until 5:00 PM. Based on that information, I left work early and drove 50 miles to visit the store. When I arrived, the store was already closed, which was very disappointing and caused me to waste a lot of time. However, I truly appreciate that after I contacted them, they came back and opened the store for me. That gesture meant a lot, and I’m grateful they took the time to help despite the misunderstanding. I hope they improve communication about their business hours so other customers don’t face the same inconvenience. Thank you again for making the effort to come back and assist me.”

“Naperville running company is all about service. Thank you so much for taking great care of us. From the moment we stepped in the door for the first time I could tell that we were more than customers, we're people, neighbors, fellow runners. You obviously care about more than selling shoes. From a great fit, to compassion for injuries. Thank you so much thank you for caring.”

“Had a really good experience at Tennis Ballerz Pro. It’s a small shop, but they have a surprisingly large selection of tennis and pickleball equipment, including shoes, rackets, balls, and other accessories. I went there to get tennis shoes for my son, and the person helping me was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what we needed and helped us choose the right pair. It’s nice to find a local shop where you get good personal service instead of feeling rushed. Definitely recommend checking them out if you play tennis or pickleball.”

“Tama Lacrosse is the best place in the region to buy and maintain Lacrosse gear. The team is extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to understand the player's wants and needs. There's a compete gear selection, a compleye services department, and an excellent tryout area. Best part is - you don't pay extra for equipment - the excellent service is extra.”

“Price wise it's not bad for most things. That's if you can find a price. Some of the pricing wasn't readily viewable. The atmosphere of the store was nice reminding a bit of a lodge without the wood everywhere. Now the real issue I had was outdoor. While the store can give off a Ross vibe, my concern wasn't marketing strategy but looking for outdoor stuff. It felt hodgepodge and clustered. More like accessories than actual stuff I'd use as an avid outdoorsman. They did have a few things I liked but in comparison to bulk of this section I'd say 15%. And then as the store pushes the outdoor marketing, I felt like the pet section was bigger and had more to offer. I think with a little more clearer organization and a aisle or three expansion in outdoors, this would be a well rounded store. As it is right now it's more of a toe dippers introduction into outdoor adventures as seen on family TV. But for what it is and reasonably priced I can see the family oriented market being satiated for a while.”

“Star Pro Shop is a local leader amongst bowlers. Their pricing is competitive with no hidden costs. The turn around time is unbeatable, even for out of stock items. Their knowledge base is far beyond just equipment. They go above and beyond to know their clients and their bowling styles to make recommendations and give honest feedback. They even offer coaching! The staff is friendly and it’s obvious how much they love all the sport. You won’t go to any tournament around without seeing someone repping Star Pro Shop on their jersey!”

“If you're interested in new bowling balls, gear, or accessories, the Woodridge BowlersMart, inside the Bowlero, is the store for you! They have the highest quality bowling gear at great prices! If you need your bowling balls drilled ask for Paul. He has been drilling my bowling balls for over 15 years. Paul will drill your dual-angle layout dependent on your PAP, speed, rev-rate, axis tilt and rotation. If you don’t know it, he can help with that too!”

“One of the better Bass Pro Shops locations I’ve visited. I really enjoyed the waterfall and the fish displays, which make walking around the store more fun. I usually come in for fishing gear, but I always end up browsing the other sections and finding something else to take home. The boating area is also nicely stocked. Definitely an enjoyable store to explore.”

“I wish I could give more stars for the excellent service we received from Maytee and Ariana. We came in to get custom memorial jerseys made for my Father who had just passed. We needed them in a short amount of time for the service and they went above and beyond to find the right letters for all 5 jerseys. Not only did the jerseys look amazing, they were ready before we expected. I can't say enough nice things about them. We will definitely be back and I highly suggest them to anyone who needs a custom jersey.”

“I had a pleasant experience at this sports clothing store. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful, assisting me in finding the right sizes for both footwear and clothing. They were also patient and responsive to all of my questions, which I truly appreciated. The only downside was the limited selection for younger children, as there were no clothing options for ages 4–6 and no football (soccer) sets available. Aside from that, everything else was great, and the overall shopping experience was positive.”
