“I had a frustrating experience at first. Before making the trip, I called the store and was told they would be open until 5:00 PM. Based on that information, I left work early and drove 50 miles to visit the store. When I arrived, the store was already closed, which was very disappointing and caused me to waste a lot of time. However, I truly appreciate that after I contacted them, they came back and opened the store for me. That gesture meant a lot, and I’m grateful they took the time to help despite the misunderstanding. I hope they improve communication about their business hours so other customers don’t face the same inconvenience. Thank you again for making the effort to come back and assist me.”

“Maria provided exemplary customer service to me when fitting insoles, socks and shoes, when I had no knowledge of what I wanted to get and where to begin. Very grateful for my experience and will be returning!”

“Amazing experience in this store today! With multiple customers, Robby and Gia took care of me from the second I walked in. Robby was so knowledgable about the shoes I was wanting! Great customer service by them both. I will definitely be back for my next pair of running shoes! Thanks again so much!”

“Excellent customer service! I came in a couple of weeks ago to return some shoes I wasn’t satisfied with from another location, and the employee helped me find a different pair that would suit me best.”

“Had a really good experience at Tennis Ballerz Pro. It’s a small shop, but they have a surprisingly large selection of tennis and pickleball equipment, including shoes, rackets, balls, and other accessories. I went there to get tennis shoes for my son, and the person helping me was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what we needed and helped us choose the right pair. It’s nice to find a local shop where you get good personal service instead of feeling rushed. Definitely recommend checking them out if you play tennis or pickleball.”

“Tama Lacrosse is the best place in the region to buy and maintain Lacrosse gear. The team is extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to understand the player's wants and needs. There's a compete gear selection, a compleye services department, and an excellent tryout area. Best part is - you don't pay extra for equipment - the excellent service is extra.”

“I had a pleasant experience at this sports clothing store. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful, assisting me in finding the right sizes for both footwear and clothing. They were also patient and responsive to all of my questions, which I truly appreciated. The only downside was the limited selection for younger children, as there were no clothing options for ages 4–6 and no football (soccer) sets available. Aside from that, everything else was great, and the overall shopping experience was positive.”

“Edie was so helpful in helping me select items for an upcoming trip. Dani the store manager made sure I got the additional discount for cardholders though I had not received the actual card. Thank you Edie and Dani for your friendly and helpful service.”
