“I highly recommend buying a pool fromthe Great Escape Joliet. Gus helped us pick out our Tri-Vector Series pool in 2020 and we love it! Since we had never owned a pool before, we had a lot of questions and concerns. He has been so helpful and continues to be available and knowledgeable- even 4 years later. “I've had this review in my drafts for awhile. I visited sometime ago and was impressed with what I saw. The location has a nice selection of furniture that seems to be beautifully crafted. The pieces are a little pricy, but that's understandable given that they are hand crafted. We visited early one Saturday morning and were there for at least 45 minutes. The store was crowded and there weren't enough employees present to assist waiting customers. We ended up leaving without ever talking to a store associate. We would have considered placing an order, but didn't because of of that. We ended up going to Walter E. Smithe instead and purchasing a dining room table there. Still I'd consider Rustic Elements as a possible option whenever I decide to upgrade my current furniture pieces.”

“After the storms came through a couple weeks ago, my pool got away from me. The water was very cloudy and it was eating chlorine over night, I put 4 bags in from ace one evening, the next day there was zero, I poured 3 gallons of liquid in and the next morning there was zero. If I would have just taken a sample to these folks I could have saved $50 in chemicals that just disappeared. Come to find out, not all bags of shock are the same, look at the ingredients. They sold me three different chemicals, one was shock that they sell and gave me instructions, this morning my ph is spot on, my pool still has chlorine in it and the water is pretty clear, I still have to do some cleaning of my own now that I can see what’s going on in there but these people know what they are talking about, take a sample and get what they recommend, their pricing isn’t any different than you’ll find online either so support the local community and get your pool under control again.”
