Great guy, I went in with anything/everything I knew about current deals, sales, and promotions. He gave me an awesome trade in-value on the S22 in exchange for the S26 Ultra.
Walked me through every promotion, and offer available and even those that are in-store specific.
Walked out with a nice new phone, great deal in the screen protector, and case. Even saved me 15bucks a month on my Single Phone service. The deal would have been even better if I added the Home Internet Service.
As of now, if Erick is not the sales representative when I walk-in , I will most likely wait for a day that he is on shift or available to help me with anything I need.
I also had bad gas at the time, and he handled it very professionally ... 😆

“I had an excellent experience at the AT&T Store. Jon was the employee who assisted me with transferring my son’s phone to a new device, and he provided outstanding service from start to finish. We ran into complications with my son’s Apple ID login during the transfer, but Jon showed incredible patience, professionalism, and expertise while helping us work through every issue.
He stayed calm, took his time to explain each step, and made sure everything was fully resolved before we left. His support turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a smooth and positive experience. This was truly exceptional customer service, and Jon went above and beyond expectations.

Sergio is the most dedicated, informative and patient individual at any location I have ever been to. He always knows the latest deals and advertisements for the store and invests time into setting up customers phone(s) as he has had to help me with several phones I have ourch from this location and always come back to for the great customer service.
I would highly recommend this location and company especially if you are lucky enough to be paired with this employee on your visit to help you. Just as a customer remember to kind and courteous if waiting for help as they commonly have low staff and can only help 1-2 customers at a time depending on the current work placed in front of them by customers.
Keep up the phenomenal work and give Sergio a raise/promotion he deserves it !!”

“I came in today, needing my younger brothers phone needing service on it, Eddie and the Bolingbrook store, got the service on the phone very quickly, I also asked about getting service on another phone for me, he said bring it in and week get it going, I went back to the store just about an hour later, and yet again he put service on my phone very quickly, and he had WONDERFUL customer service, he knew exactly what I was looking for when I came in both times and very much successfully had a few happy customers, when I explained how my visit went, the people I told were like WOW ! Eddie at the Bolingbrook cricket store definitely gave a 10/10 on customer service today ! I definitely recommend going to the Bolingbrook one and getting amazing customer service from Eddie !”
