“Eric H was great. He asked good questions to better understand what I was looking for. He made a couple of suggestions for me to choose from, he was great. When it came time to pay for the mattress I purchased the card processor was working. Eric tried to reset it a couple times but it just wouldn’t work. Eric finally was able to send a text for me to pay online and that worked perfectly. Eric is such a good person, perhaps Mattress Firm might want to spend a little more on infrastructure to provide the best tools to their employees so they can provide a top notch service.”

“My bed didn't change after 5 years of use even though I have 2 cats ! I'm ready to share my experience since I'm waiting for new delivery to have more in addition to the bedroom set. I attached below photos of new stylish black chair with loveseat that's gonna go to the office once i fully prepare the room. That looks modern and fantastic! Also I'm waiting for that cozy ans soft sectional with those unique looking and easy cleaning consoles! I gonna get it in orange instead of blue and in different size. But let me share with the last 2 photos I attached of my bed, where first photo is made 5 years ago and the second one - is current. As you see, there's no changes with the bed even though I have cats and I moved my bed 3 times since I purchased it !Now I got delivered new Tempur-Pedic hybrid "Luxe-Breeze", love how it has 2 layers of the cover besides the waterproof protector I use on the top of it. Outstanding level of look and sleep quality. My spine was never so relaxed as now and it got so easy to sleep straight on the back instead of changing position all night long. Definitely recommend , I'm obsessed with how my bedroom looks like and can't wait for the sofas coming in! “I bought a custom ottoman that was just too big and it has a specific leg structure which isn’t standard. I reached out to a few companies but decided to go with Brother’s because the pricing was exactly what it should be. Val’s communication was great, I’m hard to get a reach of during the day so his team would leave me voicemails and he would follow up with emails. The ottoman was cut down on all sides and the legs.. perfect. Plus they picked it up and dropped it off for me. Brother’s is amazing, highly recommend. Thank you Val and team!”

Do you think you've got your line up of unmissable Chicago thrifts sorted? You are wrong... unless you've already been to Upscale Rummage already and this is your number #1 thrifting experience. No thrift store in Chicago gets even near the fabulousness of this place. It's huge but it is not filled with garbage. New and incredible stuff comes in every week! Great antique and modern furniture, light fixtures, books, records, clothes, jewelry, kitchenware, gardening, sport gears, textiles, rugs, mirrors and art... they also have a year-round Xmas shop and regular department discounts. This shop is also incredibly well curated. Items are very fairly priced too. Rene', the owner, and her army of charming helpers are a true delight. Always smiling and welcoming. We bought so much from this store. It has brought so much joy. We end up there almost every week and rarely leave empty handed. And the money goes to charity. I mean, what more do you want? This is the one and only thrift store in you need. Chicagoans, take a trip to Libertyville and learn how it's done. If you have not been to Upscale Rummage yet, you don't know what thrifting is about. Go. NOW!”
“We bought furniture from Ashley before and service and delivery was great! Today we were getting a dresser and mirror. We saw the truck drive by and unload at a different house. We were standing outside waving but they didn't turn around. By the time we walked to the other house and told the drivers, they seemed confused. Glad we were home or we wouldn't have our furniture.”
