“I got scammed by a company that didn't give me my product and upon request for a refund, they gave me only a partial refund, this bank proceeded to help me out and some time later, give me that full refund, I've never had issues personally using this bank (other than its hours but it does have atms and phone apps to cover this) so in general I cannot relate to these other reviews that give a one star or otherwise”

“Where else can you find a bank that's open 7 days a week?! The service is outstanding. They always greet you when you approach and help you finish up your business quickly. What would a business be if not for their employees? They offer an overnight drop box in case you're later than 7pm on weekdays, and I belive 3pm on weekends. We were looking for a bank or my teenager to open an account. With two locations in the area, and the late hours they were perfect! Now our entire family used them.”
“Been banking with PNC for years, they got a new ATM and Dawson Taylor showed me a bunch of new features (or maybe old ones that i didn't know about) that I had no idea you could do at this location! “I lost my debit cards and I went into this branch and met with this incredible lady!!!! Her name is Beverly Graham!!!!! I might have the first name I correct but I know the last name is Graham!!!She helped me get all of my debit cards! She was so kind, sweet, and polite! Her customer service was amazing!!!!! I ended up being there for almost an hour just having amazing conversation with her! She is definitely a keeper! She deserves a raise! I live in Fairview. We had a tough time trying to keep her fingers out of her mouth (excited & nervous, first time with Santa) but the photographer & Santa were so patient & sweet with her, we finally got a smile!! ♥️. Hot chocolate with all the goodies & a toy for the children. I might just need a savings account for her at this bank, & use the photographer, too (I’ll post her name when I find it).
