“One of the greatest treasures of the Chicagoland area. Absolutely fantastic food, atmosphere, everything. Can’t give enough praises, get the sausage and a Guido Special and you’ll be set for life. I love you, D&D.”
“Best place to buy meat.Been going here for 30 years. I have never been disappointed with the service and the meat. It's a great place to buy very good meat.”
“I ordered a turkey sub and unlike l my local Italian deli in Tinley Park, they would not " shave " the turkey. So unfortunately the turkey was thick which made the sandwich sub par. Their crescent cookies were alright but there was no packaged or sell by date on them which was a bit sus tbh. The bread was not fresh either but it is a Sunday, and that is usually just how it is. Their other food items might be really good but I probably will just stick my local Italian deli.”

“Aldi is a great place to shop they have so many items to choose from at great prices. Aldi fruits and veggies are very good. Also the Employee's are very polite, helpful and friendly ?”
“Still the best deal in town. Unlike Stracks et al, they don't price gouge. They also don't try to pawn off the "half loaf" of bread for the price of a full loaf. Keep up the good work ? ? ?”
“I will literally pass up other similar locations to do business with this particular location. Very friendly service & extremely informative when it comes to selecting the desired products. This is the spot to come to hands down.”

“Yesterday I dropped my wallet by accident in Aldi by Crestwood.... And today I went to see if someone had found my wallet. And yes thank God they did found my wallet ? everything was insane in my wallet even my money”
“Pretty clean. Easy to find what I went there for, Cookies! They also had a very thick glaze on top of cinnamon rolls, so I picked those up as well. Only disappointing item was the off-brand Ho Ho's, very very small in comparison to any others.”
“Even though Some things can be far and higher than most of your food store. S the selection is beyond compare, especially with produce, it is a fantastic store. It has a fantastic Delhi meat department has everything you can imagine carries just about every single brand their sales are really, really good and they have hot food there too, like 2 or 3 different sections of hot food. I've never had to have a complaint about the place.Very super clean , it would be amazed at how much they have there and how good everything is”
“great five star service ,the best grocery supermarket Arabic pita bread , spinach pies, zabhia meat ,falafel kubba located in Bridgeview , little Palestine keep up the good work bossAleh K. Akel & Mohammad Akel”
“Good selection of fresh produce, meats, organic grocery items, and healthy options overall. There is a section with items that are "here today, gone tomorrow" that I feel always has some items worth checking out, whether seasonal or going out of stock.
I usually bring my reusable bag and put my items in there, but if I forget it I can usually find an empty box on the shelf or in one of their carts that I can use to put my items in to save on plastic waste and buying a bag from them. Super convenient and great for the environment.
Good selection of meats and fruit, especially if you want something locally grow. Prices fluctuate but they seem reasonable to me in comparison for the quality of items you're getting.
I will say the self checkouts rolling out at many of the Aldi's are game changers. Otherwise, the lines can get pretty ridiculous and, besides holidays, I don't think I've ever seen more than two lanes open at a time at ANY Aldi from Illinois to Indiana. Other than that, I love going to Aldi for the prices, quality of ingredients, and the "here today, gone tomorrow" section!!!
P.S. there is a section in most Aldi locations with items from gardening to shoes to blankets to coloring books. Great finds in there too!!!”
“Fresh produce always stocked and reasonably prices for what you get. Organic options!!! Always love to see a healthy salad bar. And the homemade bread and cheese popcorn slaps.”

“Reasonable prices, great product! I have raised my family on Aldi and have shopped Aldi for over 45 years! I would recommend it. Aldi has organic choices with no antibiotic meats. The produce is good. The bargan aisles have very cool finds. Stay out if those aisles if you are on a budget.”
“Good, clean Aldi. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a security guard up front. Is that for any particular reason?
The only items this one doesn't sell is wine and beer.”

“I used to think they weren't great but now some of your basics -you pay more the half less than jewel or food 4 less & guess what? In most cases now is much better quality!”
“Always great prices, the fruit & vegetables are better quality then other stores.
I spent $58 on 5 bags of fruit & vegs. Other stores it would have been easily $100.
The chicken is tender & all fresh, always a good price.”

“Actually, Aldi's is a good store. They have some good meats, fruits, and vegetables. They even have a very small selection of gluten free products. The only thing they need more of is gluten free products for those of us that have gluten sensitivities like myself.”
“The store was remodeled and looked much better. I no longer live in the area and have been gone for years now. I was impressed compared to the way the store used to look. The only thing I had an issue with was the cashier. I feel she needs to work on her customer service skills. Otherwise I would still recommend this place and I will come back if I'm in the area.”

“Love this store, I love the remodel and the affordable groceries for my family! My only wish is that they had more diapers available, they are the best diapers, and they are always out, bc of the great price.”
“It’s a local grocery store but better. They have hot food. I go regularly to get the soup which is delicious. Also, on Tuesdays they gave gumbo…it’s a must try.”
“I really love this small market . Pleasant family business . Affordable authentic foods that arent sold in major grocery stores.Thank you for being apart of our community”
“It's been a long time since I've been to this Walts. Good prices. Staff is friendly. It was nice seeing a lot of the staff from the old South Holland store.”
“This store is packed with Asian snacks, treats, and frozen food items. There are a lot of Filipino food that I am excited to try. The worker there was so nice and helpful! I will definitely be back.”
“Is the food good here? Yes. Is the food very spicy? Yes!!!! I would enjoy the food more if it weren't very spicy. Had fufu for the first time and dipped it into the food. It was quite nice. It's a grocery store with no frills but they have a following. Next time I go I will see if they can cut down on the hot spices.”
“My husband had a hankering for a libation to pair with his homemade bbq made for Mother's Day. He was able go promptly choose from their selection (a newer offering from Budweiser) and was out in a jiffy. The area is a bit scruffy so stay on point, keep the dillying and dallying to a minimum and you should be all good.”
“Many of the freshly made dishes of traditional lithuanian meals, the kitchen is onsite.
A lot of canned goods from Eastern Europe, Candy, breads, cookies, drinks, etc.
Love it”

“My go-to grocery store - always have the BEST fresh produce hands down. Tons of selections from international items & great deals. Huge bakery & great sushi and hot foods too. Awesome halal meat selection & lots of fresh fish and deli items as well. I can always find everything I need here. Definitely recommend!”
“I had not been in such a huge Meijer with all the services (pharmacy, hair salon). The store was clean, had plenty of options, and the staff were nice and helpful.”
“Their falafel is indeed amazing. We had trouble finding this place even with Google maps, as it is small, with a faded and inconspicuous sign, tucked in amidst other small biz storefronts. But now that we know where it is, we will seek it out if we are in the Bridgeview area.
Their falafel was hot, crispy exterior, and perfectly spiced with just a hint of heat.”
“I only come to Fairplay for the sales and It's usually well stocked. Went there for the so-called sale on oxtails. Asked a (butcher?) if they were trimmed down too much. The reply was "They have to get trimmed sweetheart." First, I hate when a condescending tone is aimed at me. Second, when too much fat is trimmed from oxtails, the cooking method is altered to insure tenderness. Lastly, whatever happened to real butchers? Not just people who work in the meat department.”
