“Great store. Everyone is friendly. Great selection. Nice clothes. I still shop there but only for certain things and for sale items. Their prices have gotten out of hand. When they first opened, they had great prices and great style in clothes. Their prices went up, and their sales in clothes stink. I shop online now and there are great prices and great styles. The people that work there are so rude and have no manners.”

She took the time to listen to my concerns and did the research to validate the charge and resolve it quickly. There are not many managers today that would invest the time and effort, but she did.”

I find that TJ Maxx is a way for me to try products I normally would not be able to afford. With the money I save I can shower my fur baby with cute dog clothes and toys.”

“The Ross had some nice Jewelry ?? and the staff who rung us out was super friendly, helpful, and despite the long line at the cashier lane…she managed to get the jewelry and ring us out at an efficient manner. It seemed like she was the only employee in the store. I hope ? Ross appreciates her as the employee of the month.
We didn’t find that much of a selection in their clothes or candles ?️ section. I don’t know if it was just the wrong day of the week, they just didn’t have that much to go through.

“The employees at the Lemont Homegoods are very helpful and friendly, which is not the case for some of the other locations, so kudos to the Lemont staff!! The store is very clean and well organized. The reason I didn't give it four stars is really a complaint against all the Homegoods stores now, not this location in particular. I have noticed that all the stores are cramming so much more inventory in the past few years that the shopping experience has become less enjoyable and more confusing. The inability to move your cart through the aisles, crowded sections, and products falling all around you is overwhelming and I spend much less time browsing (and less purchasing) especially on crowded days. Honestly, I love my dog and pets in general, but do we really need 3 + aisles devoted to pet goods? I love Homegoods and have for many years, but I find myself avoiding going there more and more.”

“The Talbots in Orland Park Crossing always have clothing I like. They have friendly salespeople especially my favorites Darlene and Jackie. They always are helpful and tell me about future events and special sales. The store always is neat looking and the windows are styled to invite you in. The salesgirls definitely need a raise for the wonderful personalities and this brings in customers. I tell my friends to shop here because they will be treated kindly and they will assist you with any of your needs. I have been shopping here for a long time but please recognize Darlene and Jackie especially because they make my day. My married name is Patti McGlynn now so I hope this post correctly. Kudos to your Orland Park store and sales girls!”

“Customer service is excellent, the optical department is excellent and convenient. Lisa that works in optical goes above and beyond to make sure any discounts that are allowed are applied.One of the main reasons I shop this location is because the employees are so friendly and helpful. Lil is an excellent manager and is a very hard worker. I see her helping with carts, pickup orders and pull up orders. She deserves a raise. Just FYI.One complaint is that they don't carry as much merchandise as other Target's so sometimes it's hit or miss on finding what you are in need of. Example. I need a black purse a few months back and there were only about 3 styles to choose from. Kohl's next door had even less of a selection. ?”
“Writing my review for Esmeralda at the photo department. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I took photos at a different jc penny location and they came out horrible because the lady was not welcoming or warming. Esmeralda had my 4 month old smiling in every single photo. “I had a fantastic hair cut by Kara today! I showed her some pictures of how I wanted it & she gave me a hair cut exactly matching the pictures! She also did curls and they turned out so beautiful! She spent so much time on my hair to get it just right. I was very Blessed to get in for the appt. bc I called that morning because I completely forgot about an event I had later that day! She was so terrific to accommodate me for the blow dry & curls! She had another client right after me so she said I could wait 15 minutes and she would have time to do the curls then, if I wanted. It worked out perfectly because I had to run an errand in the mall anyway! I will definitely be back! Thanks for the wonderful service!”

“Good selection, but the state of constant "sales" means that all of the products always seem to be marked up. Also, it can be hard to find your size in shop. My jeans are 36x34 and the selection unfortunately wasn't quite large enough.”
