“Last week Friday I stopped at the O2 Bank on Boughron Rd. in Bolingbrook for the purpose of replacing a Debit card. I sat there for at least 15 minutes and then was told the system that makes the card was down. Really? 15 minutes.I left the bank and called the O2 Bank on Cass. Their Debit card machine was working. Whatta know!I walk in the Cass Ave O2 Bank had a banker named Connie Villagomez take me to sit down at a desk, ask me what I needed and I had my new Debit card in less than 10 minutes. I just want the O2 Bank to know what kind of employee Connie is. I went from being literally a disgusted customer at the Boughton Rd. “Of the many banks I've had in different locations acoss the country, this one is the best- by far. This is the reason I stay with them after almost 20 years now. Every person who ever answers the phone, every single time, is cordial, proficient, and professional. I have almost never had to wait on hold for service- and if so only briefly. They take care of whatever your concern usually within just a few minutes. It is nice to work with an institution that has real people who answer your calls and actually listens to you, instead of talking to an AI voice machine. There is no business I would rate better in terms of customer service. I have continued to be very impressed with First Community Bank and Trust for many years, and would highly recommend to anyone who wants the real feel of what a bank ideally should be. I have been a long standing customer since the bank was Austin Bank of Chicago in the 80's, then later became ABC Bank, now Old Second Bank. I know there're not as large as Chase, Boa, Us Bank to name a few, I can't imagine transferring to some other institution, I have always been satisfied with the service I receive there, and was more so when the chgo hts location switched over so that I didn't have to travel to the 92nd street lication..location.
