“Awesome store. Super clean and well stocked. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The produce is gorgeous. Huge selection and top quality. A lot of organic too. They have an incredible amount of precut prepackaged produce which is a huge time saver for busy folks. Deli is awesome. Fabulous olive bar. Best hot bar and salad bar anywhere. A nice area to eat a pre-made sandwich or salad. There is a ton of grab n go items which are convenient for nearby workers. This is now the only place I will shop.”
“I haven't been to any Aldi's stores since 2023. I always wanted to go a Aldi store to get PurAqua Flavored 🌊 in a 24 pack for $7.45 cheaper than Gordon Food Service for 12.99 in a 20 pack. I also bought some 🍊 🥤 non-concentrated too as well. I will definitely be back to do my shopping @ any Aldi's including the Matteson one.”
“Absolutely loved this family owned grocery store! Its always clean and the employees are lovely. My husband loves coming here for the deli meats and marconi bread. Prices are market value especially because ita bot owned by a corporation. Recommend!!!! They also sell Zarlengos Gelato!! Delicious ?”
“The store was remodeled and looked much better. I no longer live in the area and have been gone for years now. I was impressed compared to the way the store used to look. The only thing I had an issue with was the cashier. I feel she needs to work on her customer service skills. Otherwise I would still recommend this place and I will come back if I'm in the area.”

“Yesterday (Sunday) we made our first visit to Alsalam Market. Ali treated us like family. Tonight we had veggie pitas with some of our homemade hummus lettuce and a vegetable salad thing with black olives. We’re already planning our next meal. Get the local pita and red pepper sauce”
“I chose Brookhaven Market Mokena to cater a large event that I just had. Many of our guests were gluten free due to Celiac Disease, as well as vegan. Brookhaven bent over backwards to assure complete control over possible contamination, as well as working with me every step of the way on vegan choices that would live up to the non-vegan counterparts. The food was FANTASTIC, there was no contamination and the price was very reasonable. At the end of the event, multiple people came to me to inquire as to where I catered from, they we so impressed.
If I am in need of catering, anytime in the future, I will be utilizing Brookhaven for my catering needs!!”

“My neighbor hood go to for deli meals! You can can count on them to hook you up with the best deli meal specials whenever you need a variety meal that taste so good! Like omg I’m 31 going on 32 and I never had bones in my meal that just melt off into the bone gris where the bone is so soft to chew and eat with the whole meal. I’m so impressed 5/5 every meal this month has tasted so good for my lunch/dinner for the day. Good job fasho!”

“Aldi's used to be my go-to store.But they no longer carry skim milk in gallons.. I used to get several a week. They are also having trouble keeping shelves stocked with regular items. Also notice price increases that are now higher than regular grocery stores .
I did have trouble with the self checkout overcharging me. The employees were very helpful and got my card credited right away and fixed the problem”

“Their meat is always really fresh! The breads are always soft and fresh! Their employees are always kind and helpful when I’m there! They are always well stocked. Extra points for not using latex gloves (they use nitrile) for those of us with latex allergies it’s a nice gesture!”

“This store has stayed clean and friendly since they opened. Came in looking for some essentials and I carry a big purse, not always but sometimes it's just easier. The employees did well with managing the front counter and I could tell I was being checked on, which is understandable no one wants to be stolen from especially not when they work hard to provide a well organized store. The only section that wasn't well organized was the clearance section and even that area looked good. I appreciate this store, I feel safe, respected and I can rely on them having something at least compatible to what I'm looking for. Not always a cheap trip but always a grateful trip. “I love going to Boyos for their “prepared” plantains. They are the perfect combination: plantain, sweetened condensed milk, and cheese. A perfect sweet and savory dessert. They are a local shop which is a go to for many items as well such as groceries and some yummy chicharron. The owner is always there and super friendly!”
“I believe pleasant time today. Majority was in stock. Some items not in stock had similar more affordable price. Older white cashier w/ glasses gave me 30 something cents, because I was short. I think some coko complete stranger Latina came by me @ the register whistling. Poor things think they have to worship the devil for attention.”
