Reserved a unit online and then was promptly reached out to by one of their staff , Jennifer was great on the phone. Helpful and patient answering many questions. We wanted to see the facilities and the unit before we committed so she easily made us an appointment for Saturday at noon to meet up. Jennifer was SO NICE in person. Walked us to our storage unit and gave us information along the way… She answered all of our questions sincerely and honestly… She offered some tips based on her experience Which were very helpful, things that we had not thought of. She really took all the difficulty and anxiety out of the situation for us and we felt super comfortable. Jennifer is a true asset to public storage and I would highly recommend their facility in country club Hills Illinois. She truly earned our business with her fantastic customer service and personality and professionalism.”

“Nice unit, good price, very easy to rent online. I didn't have any issues, and nobody bothers me which is great. The only dislike I have is that they don't do any snow removal and it can be a bit difficult to get to my unit.”

“I love this location. They are inexpensive. They even give you a box truck to use for your move. They pay for the gas as well. The truck has amazing air conditioning. We moved my storage unit from one to another on one of the hottest days. I'm saving $40 a month for a bigger unit than I had.
Downside, no online, over the phone, or card payments.”
“Ok, to start with, I did not rent any trucks or vehicles with U-Haul. I brought my car here to have a hitch installed. Clarence was the man who assisted me. Clarence would call me to clear up questions or to attempt to get my vehicle in earlier than my scheduled time. The only problem I had here was tryin to call Clarence back, the U-Haul phone system always forwarded the call to a centralized U-Haul call center....so that was a little frustrating. BUT, Clarence kept me up to date as to the progress of my install and then he installed the unit in the anticipated time - 2 hours. The job was done neatly, on time and he and the staff at the building were all very courteous. Nice job Clarence, thanks.”

Martell, LaDonna and Janiece*(I think I'm messing up her name) were very helpful in arranging my reservations, storage unit and return of vehicle. The entire process was stressless and seamless because of those 3!!”
